I have to say that the service at this particular sonic has gotten worse over the last year or two. My last visit the screens were not working. I had to hit the red button to place my order multiple times. Whoever was taking my order asked me to repeat it several times and then never acknowledged that they had my order. I tried to pay for it, but was unable to do so because of the broken screen. The young lady who brought the food to me had to take it to another position and swipe my card. I got home and the hotdog was cold. The only thing they got right were the cheddar peppers. I think I’m finished with sonic. Whataburger is going in soon, I think that will be my new spot for burgers and such. Definitely not impressed once again.
Went during Happy hour. Bought a Rt 44 Mango Slush for half the price. It was also sugar free for any diabetics out there whoay read this post. I didn't know it was until the car hop informed me. It was really good!
This particular Sonic is a hit and miss. Sometimes the wait is really long for a short order and sometimes it's a little more speedy. A lot of times they seem to get my order wrong even though I order pretty standard menu items.
I REALLY LIKE This SONIC BETTER!! Food also correct.. fresh . Friendly carhops.. I live closer to the G-Twn parkway location.. I will drive a extra 10 minutes for this one!! ???
I stopped using this location because it takes 20-30 minutes to get a coke and a burger which is way too long. I can walk in a restaurant place a carry out order and leave with my food in less time than it takes for service at sonic cordova on germantown pkwy. Sonic has gone down hill. No more healthy options. Just sugar and grease.
It was mad packed. The associates were pretty cool.I like the added attractions.
Love the slushes, burgers, corn dogs, and mozzarella sticks from Sonics!!! Everything is always fresh and hot and made to order.
A lil bit of a wait but not too long. Worth the wait. Everything was great. Very friendly.
Id recommend going to a different place to eat. Half the stalls don't work so good luck finding an open one but when u do be ready for the guy on the intercom that is very rude and implicit.
I think Sonic is an excellent go to for when you want a good burger and fries. But this morning, I was appalled by my burrito Order #432864. I said light egg, and all it had WAS EGG!. No Sausage, No bacon, No cheese..just sauce(which is fire btw) and EGG. Please be sure to check the order before preparing or taking out to customer. Thank you
