I literally waited 30 for the song soup because this can’t be ice cream. I checked with them twice and was informed my order was on the way and the second time I physically seen and spoke to someone and she brought it right out. If I didn’t have to get my crying child home I would’ve waited even longer for them to prepare this properly. This is ridiculous!
This location is so slow and check your bag because they will leave out half your order but they serve Ginger ale if you like it like I do.
The food was good and the service was excellent, but I got home and found that I didn't get my entire order. They left my chicken sandwich out.
My husband loves Sonic's food. The only thing is the French fry serving are always small. The large container is always under filled.
This location just skips people when I pulled up and waited to order 2 other cars got their orders taken first...why? Then the person who took my order would not send the manager out to talk to me for the rudeness that I got when I questioned her about why she skipped me twice.. PI**POOR SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN
Good fast food service with a good variety of food drinks shakes and treats and friendly employees.
With it being the only Sonic in the area, it stays pretty busy...but the employees are very friendly, and hospitable!
My ice had had black flakes and my experience in once working at Sonic tells me the machine is not getting cleaned right. I notice the flakes because I eat the ice, but howmany people are drinking them unknowingly?please do betterCustomer service was even better this time however the franchise has been getting robbed a lot lately and the employees need better protection from franchise owners if they want to keep their employees safe
Check your price when u making order without any update and they showing price one and seling price difference I have the manager even he not given me right answer. I have ordered jumbo popcorn 2 large before I feel they charged me more amount then display and so I have order again for medium to check the price see the difference In pic.
I have to say this is THE BEST sonic I have ever been to! Food was fresh which is amazing when you're on a road trip! Great job to the staff!! You guys are doing great. Keep it up!
