I have purchased smoothies here regularly, but on yesterday I ordered my Regular banana boat with Cocoa smoothie, when the young lady called my name I asked her was cocoa added, she took the top off walked to her coworker who looked at it shook her head, then put cocoa in it , this Smoothie was terrible, the young lady who took my order was great, but the two young ladies who added ingredients and worked the blender may need additional training. It was ful of chunks not well blended.

Customer service was awful the male cashier no Customer service skills at all, he had his hat turned to the back mask was not over his nose, I asked for my smoothie to be thick it was this as water they were out of 32oz styrofoam cups so I asked for a 40oz styrofoam cup, so tell me why my smoothie was in a plastic cup then I told the young lady that I asked for my smoothie to be thick and she got an attitude, really an im spending my money so since she had an attitude I told her nevermind an none of the employees had masks on no one but the cashier which his wasn't covering his nose at all please fix the issues?
I come here pretty often for lunch and get one of the vegan meal replacements. You can call in advance, but I always order at the counter.They are usually pretty busy, but seem to move the line pretty quickly. The staff are friendly and efficient.The smoothies are great!
Friday $5 day...enjoyyyable...
Every time I come in (a lot) , my order is ready! I love this location. It is by far the best one in Memphis. Never had a problem.. love this place. I’m here often I work in the block.
Big sloppy here wanted to act like she had a attitude personally love smoothie king I’m sure nothing will be done about the customer service you receive especially in Memphis they will hire anybody so I’m not expecting nothing to be done about this but just be aware she brings this location value down
I love every smoothie I get here and the service.
I recommend the peanut power plus.
Tastes good but I always feel sick later. Worth it tho
