Love love love. Although young adults work at this one they work well and have good customer service skills. Will stay at this one
I give this location 3 stars because it’s the only smoothie location in the area and they have great smoothies. Customer service is decent most times. My biggest issue is the card machine seems to always be down when I go. The hours posted online are not accurate. I literally just went and was told the card machine was down and that I can place the order thru the app. I park and go to the app and it says I can’t place an order because they’re closed. They were clearly open. I’ve also gone when they were supposed to be open and they were closed. It’s like rolling dice…you never know what you’re going to get. More consistency would be a huge plus.
I visit this location often. Every single worker I've encountered has been professional and kind. Even with some of the unruly customers I've witnessed them deal with they maintain their friendliness. Great smoothies and wonderful customer service!!
Love this location but PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS ONLINE! It’s ridiculous the hours are never reflecting the time you are supposed to be open and closed
Attitude..server got the size of smoothie WRONG. Helpful about the smoothie flavors though. This was the closest one so I had to go.
Rude, nasty, and totally unprofessional. Speaker isn't working in drive thru, there are no instructions posted...drive up to window and a very dingy employee comes out and tell me YOU SUPPOSED TO WAIT AT THE SPEAKER. How would I know this. As I could see inside and noticed the nastiness I left. Will NEVER visit this location again. This place couldn't possibly have a passing health score.

WORST smoothie king in memphis. was sitting in line for 30 mins and NO ONE took my order. the two big women were just sitting there looking at me. might as well close it
I came up there yesterday and the girl, Patience. Took my order and had the worst attitude towards me. She was very rude and shoved my drink at me. I am not happy about this, something needs to be done.
