I love Smoothie King. I hadn't gone there in a while but I'm glad I went recently. The workers were nice and speedy. The smoothie was delicious. I purchased a 40oz peanut butter and chocolate smoothie for a bit under $10 that served as my breakfast and lunch. It took me 2 hours to finish it but it sustained me until dinner. I'll be going back soon.
Went to this smoothie king about two weeks ago and this worker name Antonio, really helped me to find a smoothie to gain weight. He was so sweet and cute!!! Definitely going back.
Six employees at the counter all talking to each other ignoring people waiting in line to order. This girl finally takes my order and tells me to answer a question on the card reader, no question shows up and I let her know. She's completely ignoring me having a conversation with her coworkers so I left.Usually my experience isnt like this, no idea what's going on. I went to tropical smoothie cafe down the road and they actually took my order and acknowledged I was there lmao
Ordered through the app, waited until pickup time which was 3:55pm. My order was not ready upon arrival. I watched several walk-ins order and receive their orders before I received mine. After waiting in the store for 20 minutes I asked about my order, I was told it was being made. I left the store with my order at 4:24pm. It is unbearable to watch the incompetence. A few reviews suggest the store is understaffed, but I tend to think there is no training. On the other hand I believe I could get four homeless people off of Union Ave that could run the place better all by themselves. You should go once just to get a lesson on chaos.
After seeing worker wipe smoothie off top of one of the blender jugs and then lick her finger... I WILL NOT RETURN... just lost a long time customer... ?
After I placed my order and sat patiently waiting, I noticed the couple behind me in line receiving their orders. Okay another customer walked in and placed his order and waited and received his order. How? I don’t know. Last visit!!
The worse customer service. So I am waiting and this was 1st time visiting this one. So I am in line well where I thought the line began and another customer came and just went in front of me. Only one cashier at the time. Then two more came out and the one that would have assisted me went to the back. So when I proceed to the cashier she informed she wasn't ready so I step back and was on my phone waiting for her to acknowledge me but she didn't ?. So the customer behind me help her and she laugh about it. I just order and left
Went to this location around 5pm. There were 3 workers inside and the door was locked. The hours on the door and online said they closed at 7pm. I knocked on the door and one employee glanced at me and then looked back at whatever he was doing. I don’t recommend coming here if they can’t even be bothered to say they are closed to someone knocking at their door.
My smoothie tasted good. However the guy wasn’t able to tell me what kind of protein was in my shake other than “vanilla”.
This place said it closes at 9 and I show up at 8:40 and they look at me through the locked door and just shake their head no. Would not recommend, staff is very rude.
