They have great service you just have to be patient. Waiting in line is very true I don’t think the inside is open but the drive-through always is. It’s very quick and convenient and close by planet fitness so it’s ideal for a quick meal replacement smoothie if you have time. And they also have Chick-fil-A close by less then 300 yards and 500 yards. Enjoy
Horrible service. The posted operations time on the website and the store door say they open at 7 am. Today , 5/26/2022, I waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes, until 7:15 am, waiting for someone to come to the speaker. No one came. I didn't see anyone on the store.This is not the first time this has happened, but it is the longest I have waited at the speaker. Unfortunately, they are the closet store to my home so I have to take that gamble (if they'll open on time or not) when I go there.
Blend your smoothies better… this smoothie taste just like ice and blueberries! I get this all the time. Do better!
As far as I'm concerned the Lemon Twist Strawberry Smoothie is by far my favorite. Thank God this establishment was created.

Great customer service and fast drive through service
It’s 8:10 am and not one employee is in the store. They were supposed to open at 7am. I wasted a ten minute drive from work
Terribly slow. The staff didn't know they had a coffee smoothie on the menu.
Placed an online order. Ready for pickup at 744. Show up with zero cars in line at 742. 7 employees danced around, listened to headphones, and showed each other their phones until 7:53 at which point I called the store to speak to someone away from the window and ask when one of the 7 employees was gonna make my shake that I ordered? Then brought my drink and no straw… because common sense.
