worst customer service i have experienced, The manager was so rude to the employee's there was a girl who had messed up on the juices and i understand she's probably new or she just made a mistake and the manager is being so rude to her telling her " i know i trained you , i trained everyone the same way i train you so why do you keep messing up" and it looked like the girl was about to cry such a disgusting manager not only that but i came in about a week later and a girl was asking for the Wi-Fi password minding you on the door it says free Wi-Fi and once again the disgraceful manager had said " if everyone had access to free Wi-Fi then its going to slow down the POS system and then continuously update the Wi-Fi" i have went to the Arlington Smoothie king and the Lakeland Smoothie king and never have i ever heard such a rude and disgusting manager talk like this to kids !! and no one has investigated it or how the Manger is never at the store going on vacations!!!. Last but not least again this manager has no filters the bathroom's are closed to the public so customers cant go, one time i actually talked to the manager and he said they were employee only but while im sitting down i overhear him saying he doesn't pay people to go to the bathroom! im very concerned about this location and how its operating the staff there are very nice and make me feel welcomed but the management there is very corrupt and makes me wonder what is happening behind closed doors! For the safety of the teens working there i feel like someone should look into this matter because this manager was not trained right and should be demoted ASAP.

Went to smoothie king this morning with all kinda thoughts because I’m very picking on eating out but let me say I was impressed and satisfied. The service was outstanding. Shout out to both young ladies that was working this morning 3/11/2022 11:15am. The young lady on the register had a great attitude, knowledgeable about the menu, and made a great suggestion, which I loved (strawberry lemon twist I think?) add mangos fyyye. The young lady that was making the drinks wasn’t just making the drinks she was making love to them drinks and baby this was the best drink I have ever had from smoothie king, thanks again!
I just walked into the location at 4562 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN 38117 at 1:35PM CST today and the Caucasian female employee yells at me as soon as I walked in and told me that she isn’t going to take my order because she hasn’t had a break today, that she was the only one working today and that she was about to close the store and take a break. I HAVE NEVER had this level of awful service anywhere. When I told her that I would contact her owner she told me that she didn’t care!

My visit was great, quick and fast, and very nice and polite employees. Compared to the one I usually go to, I don't have to sit in a drive through line for almost an hour?. The Riverdale location service is real bad, too too slow!!!! So I will rather drive a few extra miles to to get better and fast service, this Popular location is my new Smoothie King???❗❗❗
This is Best smoothie king in Memphis near Best Buy 38119 ??But the one on poplar and perkins 38117 by oak court mall is the wrost smootie king on earth the young kids in there don’t respect no one watch out
