Came here with a friend for sushi and hibachi! When we arrived we were seated promptly and our server came shortly after. The customer service was great throughout the entire meal especially the chef that made our hibachi.I ordered the chicken hibachi and sooo much comes with it! You get a side salad, soup, rice, veggies, and noodles. I definitely had leftovers! The only thing about the meal was the dry chicken breast. I also order sushi, Cupcake Roll, and it was tasty! I had the Bahama Mama as a drink and the bartender made it very well.Overall, this meal hit the spot with a ton of leftovers. I will definitely come back!
I’m giving this one star based on my experience tonight. Usually, it’s a good place to eat, tasty food. Tonight around 8:30pm, we (2) sat in the dining area with only 4 other tables. The 5th table was in the process of leaving. We waited 25 minutes and all 3 waiters (and maybe manager) walked by us multiple times with no one to take our order. The lovely hostess as least got our drink order. One waiter literally prioritized cleaning off the table by us that had just left when we walked in and continued to walk away and help 2 other tables. Sure, we were told as we sat down “it will be about a 5 minute wait, we are a little short staffed.” 25 minutes later and seeing 3 waiters and a manager walk around? Eventually we just left. Sue me for the two teas.
Was going to rate 4 stars based on the food and service until we watched an employee shoving food into his mouth behind the counter, lock his fingers and then take a drink cup, guzzle his drink and then use it to scoop ice. He was serving customers as well.The manager was alerted, seemed confused and then blew me off.Food tasted great, but now I have no idea what this employee may have exposed me or my wife to. Health Department is being notified.
I was eating my Food and bit into something Hard! I almost Choked on it! I ate the rice and it was Fine but my Sushi was No Go! Because of What I bit into. Will attach Pictures!
Easy like a Monday night. Delicious!?This was a fantastic meal tonight! Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Worst service ever! Do not go here! They have young kids running the place that will seat you and an hour later a waitress will tell your table that she’s not taking any more tables, then management will stare at you from the bar and when you ask if someone is at least going to take your drink orders everyone who works there will look at each other confused and tell you they don’t know! Weirdest experience we’ve ever had! Manager just told us rudely that they were short staffed as we were walking out, no apology, he should have gotten off of his phone and made someone take our table, needs new management. Plus it was for my sons birthday! Awful
I used to really love this place (specificially this location)...I've been going there for over 8 years. The food was plentiful, fresh, and great quality for the price. However, over the last year or so, the quality has really gone down. My order tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back...to the point that I will NEVER eat at this location again. I ordered the chicken yakisoba (my usual). Everything was so burnt and charred! The chicken was so tough that it could be used as a door stopper. There were large black chunks of matter (I say matter because I have no idea what these charred chunks were. Yes, they were so burnt that they were unrecognizable). The dish was inedible because it had a disgusting, acrid taste due to the burned bits of food. Whoever prepared this order and thought it was suitable for a human to eat needs to be ashamed! Saito, yall need to get it together!

Very disappointed with both the service and food quality on 1/29/2022. Was there around 6 pm Kevin was our server. Rice on shrimp crunchy roll was rubbery and shrimp was cold. Kevin rarely followed up with us, had to finally ask for a manager. Food quality on dinner was poor only thing hot was rice. Manager did comp 20% but didn’t make up for bad service and poor food quality. Not sure we will be back, have been long time customers prior to this
Good food, but wish I got sensei. He made fire and choo choo trains in the table next to us. Our guy wasn't bad, just wanted to be a kid with the show.
