First n probably the last time I go here. The rolls were just rolls with stuff piled up on top of them.. presentation was great until the pile of toppings... not so great. I had jigh hopes but I was not pleased. Waitress was good. Kikkoman soy sauce was to salty so probably not Kikkoman.. just put in the bottles.

We waited an hour for our sushi, because there was a huge catering order. It would have been nice to know that before we ordered. During our wait, the server didn't stop by except to drop off our appetizer. We had to ask for drink refills. When we finally got our food, it was very good and the manager comped our sushi, which was the only reason we continued to wait. Please just be honest and communicate with your customers about timing, and maybe don't do catering orders in the middle of lunch!

We arrived about 7:10, the music was great, the game was playing, and the waiter(s) were very nice. However, the first issue was that three different people asked about our order roughly 5 minutes apart from one another. It was strange because I’m like “don’t they have specific sections?” Second problem is that we only ordered 2 rolls and a shared bowl of rice and it took another 33 minutes to get the rice and still no sushi in site. Finally at 7:56 I asked for specifics on the sushi wait and the waiter said another 15 minutes or so because they have a lot of online orders to complete. We asked for the check, paid for the shared rice and left. SN: the rice was good!

First time to Rock n Roll Sushi. Ordered drinks, waiter came back saying they were out of the drinks we ordered, so we made another choice, and they were out of it also! meanwhile, the owner is holding the wall up. Finally found a drink they had, and went ahead with our order. we placed an order for appetizers then our meal. After 25 minutes, we received our meal, not appetizers. ask about the appetizers, and waiter said they are still waiting on them. Meanwhile, owner is still holding the wall up. Received our appetizers 20 minutes after receiving our meal. The food was actually excellent, (but I did find my Wasabi under the foil, my roll was in) and our waiter, Jayden, was great.

I’m surprised at the amount of great reviews. I must have just gone on a really bad night. The sushi was yummy. Really tiny rolls though for the price points. The service however was unbelievably slow. My friend got Miso soup (which took forever to come out) it was in a to go bowl because the server said they were running out of dishes. Which is fine but then when I got the fried rice I ordered (after I already had eaten my sushi roll because that too took a long time to get) and it looked like it was on a dirty plate, that grossed me out. Our server was very nice but never came back to check and see how the food was. Didn’t come back to the table at all after the food had finally been dropped off. Im assuming the man who was standing doing nothing literally the entire time we were there and talking to the cooks, who were already taking a very long time to push food out was the manager or owner BUT regardless, he could have been helping, anything, instead of standing around and joking with the very very very slow kitchen for the over and hour we were there or helping the inexperienced servers. I will definitely not be swinging by this place again. I heard the only 2 servers apologize to every table around us within ear shot about the slow kitchen over and over and the manager was only making the problem worse. He seemed more inexperienced than the servers.

I’m impressed! The restaurant was very busy last week, yet my server whose name was Jade provided me with excellent service and amazing recommendations. Thanks to Jade, I found my new favorite sushi roll and will be returning over the weekend to eat it again! Thank you!

The food and service here are awesome. My favorite is to have a nice dinner and a couple of drinks at the bar. Madison is usually tending bar and is awesome and always remembers our regular I drink order and has them poured before we even sit down. The owners are pretty cool too.

Awful service!!! I’ve never ever had this kind of service and awful situation! Me and my friend were really insulted by it all. We order alcoholic beverages, but they didn’t even scan our IDs and said they were fake right of the bat. I work at a restaurant and we have scanners and scanners on the phone, so I know if they scan it they would have seen they are real. Our waiter was mad the whole time from the beginning and said that “the manager” was from Mississippi and my ID looked different which is so idiotic. IDs change and if they had scan or looked at the security markers they could have seen it was real. In the beginning the waiter said my ID was okay and then that it was fake. The people next to us, got alcohol and I didn’t see any checking of ID. The waiter also said my other friend’s passport was expired when it wasn’t. He is an exchange, so if his passport was expired he couldn’t go back to Japan. Then she looked again and saw it wasn’t. We wanted to talk to the manager but she or he never came. That took an hour. Food wasn’t ready so we canceled and still was charged for all the food that we didn’t get. Completely insane! My friend’s birthday was completely ruined.

First time going a few months ago it was great...today not so much. The food took about 45 mins to get to our table, it was cold, portion sizes seemed smaller than normal, it was just all around a bad experience. Oh...and our waiter kept messing our checks up, eventually we just agreed that it was right even though it wasn't.
