The people who work here are amazing and very polite. My order was amazing and tasted so very good. They even offered to call me when my order was ready.
Flavor, flavor, FLAVOR!!! The food was so delicious! Their sauces are incredible! You must try the punch and pink lemonade! It should definitely be sold in stores! I will return for sure!
They greeted us with the warmest welcome that made us feel like we were visiting family. The service was fast and extremely accommodating. They seemed to love their jobs and it showed in how well we were treated. The food...was DELICIOUS as always, And I love their 901 Lemonades especially the Green Apple Lemonade and The Beale Street Blues.. I Love Riko's Kickin' Chicken and I can't wait till their new location opens up and I can't wait for the deep fry turkey. Y'all doing amazing job keep up the good work and may god continue blessing y'all and y'all staffs. ❤️
My experience was everything! Customer service was excellent those young ladies at the counter did everything to make sure i was accommodated appropriately while waiting for my food to be severed fresh. My food was hot and seasoned well! 10/10 Highly recommended!
Drove from Collierville to Midtown only to find out Taco Tuesday you were closed for catering. Show up the next day for lunch you were out of chicken? I don't know what has happened but it did not used to be like . Very sad that you think talking to your customers crazy will get you anywhere you have a black owned business you have to do better and not remain with a gutter attitude. Just as fast as you moved up is as fast as you can be torn down. Your smart mouth and your nasty attitude will keep you at a low altitude.
Customer service at Riko's is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! First time/last time customer and ordered a salad with grilled shrimp on the website. The salad was smothered in bacon. I am a pescatarian and asked if they would remake the salad and was told no because its not their fault. Their website does not state the ingredients for the salad so how would I know bacon would be on it. There were several things wrong with the other orders as well that had to be corrected before leaving the terrible establishment. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THIS DISRESPECTUL PLACE. ORDER WITH CAUTION BECAUSE NOTHING IS THEIR FAULT!!! Management- when you respond to this message rudely like you've done to other reviewers who had a negative comment, please know that I DON'T CARE AND YOU ALL ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL
Close restaurant to my house so it’s convenient food is ok, just ok! Fiancé went in this evening to just buy drinks (as they have really good lemonade) was so rude to him screaming they are closed! The doors where still unlocked/he literally only wanted drinks even offered to pay double. I will NEVER go back!! Everytime I go they behave ghetto! Memphis is a ghetto city anyway but you never know whose walking into your establish so always speak with proper English and etiquette! We’ve learned since we’ve had our condo here that memphis is just a “hood” city.
My 3rd large order from Riko's. Everyone loved the wings. My food is hot and fresh every time. The owner and workers are nice. The only problem is that I live so far away. I need to catch Taco Tuesday ASAP!
I've visited Riko's chicken 4 times, all except one visit have been great experiences. I always order the 901 fryed hard, but I'm looking forward to trying out other menu items!!
I am very disappointed in the service that I received and the chicken was not done. I ordered a 100 pc party wings for my daughters 18th Birthday party and they told me that the chicken was not done all the way through and that they could not eat it. They ended up ordering pizza. When I called to complain the manager stated that the chicken was cold and should have been put on a burner. The chicken was NOT done. She refused to give me a refund. Offered a meal as replacement for $142 worth of chicken that was not eaten. I still have nearly 2 full pans of uneaten raw chicken. Very disappointed.
