Please have patience when dining out. They weren't packed at all. It took about 25 mins for us to recieve our drinks. Most of our time was spent waiting for drinks and food. I had to ask about my drink after my family got theirs 15 mins later. My lemon drop was not good, not prepared like I asked. I also asked for water 3 times and didn't receive it at all. If I didn't bring my own napkins. We wouldn't have any. The food was okay but disappointed with the service. Our waiter wasn't interested in being at work at all.
FOOD WAS GREAT ..WAITRESS, SUMMER THERE IN LAKELAND TN..OUT OF MEMPHIS, TN WAS SUCH A SWEET WAITRESS. SHE MADE MY DAY..AS I STOPPED THERE VA MCDONALDS TO HAVE A "REAL" MEAL..ON MY JOURNEY AND MOVE...WEST TO TEXAS..FROM VIRGINIA TO TEXAS THX.
Long wait for a table. Delicious food. Restaurant seemed very under staffed and only working at half capacity. Also all you can eat shrimp listed on website but not on menu. If my mom hadn't been onto the website we wouldn't have known about special. Overall remarkable service and delicious shrimp!!! Love the pina colada dip for the coconut shrimp!!!
Our waiter was nice and our food was great. Biscuits was smaller than usual but good.
Upon entry we were seated fairly quickly. Because it was about 30 minutes until closing, it took a while for us to get service. Once we did however, we were so very pleased! There were 3 serves i remember seeing and I wish I had remembered their names. They were trying to close all the while making sure everyone in the restaurant was happy. All of the food was amazing! Surprisingly since they were closing up. I had crabs and my beau had the seafarers dish. All good! Great service! Great drinks!
Boiled shrimp was warm, and had a strange taste. Slaw was not cold, so I was afraid to eat it. It seemed as if food is not kept at proper temperature.
They are not good here with food orders that need to be customized. If you want you want your food right the first time then you need to order it exactly as it is on the menu or eat elsewhere. There was also an issue with after we got the call saying our table was ready. 2 stars given as the waiter did the best she could but the kitchen kept making mistakes.
They were very busy and when I first got there I had three people check on me. Then after like ten minutes of waiting everyone had forgotten about me. Everyone was very kind but there are just not enough people to take care of everyone. I think this is more of a theme throughout the city. So be patient with your servers ?Everything was delicious!
My husband and I ate here on 2/26/22, and we were seated around 12:45 PM at table 5. I have never been treated so rudely by any restaurant staff in my life. The hostess literally only asked us how many were in our party, walked away when we were supposed to follow her to the table, and then she just put our menus down and walked back to the hostess stand. Unfortunately I wish I could say that our waitress was better, but she just threw things on the table and we would talk to her, she would stop to listen, and then walk away without any audible acknowledgement that she heard or understood what was being said. I'm really appalled that there's people allowed to work with such little manners in the service industry..It also has to be acknowledged that the restaurant is extremely dirty inside. Our table was dirty, the wall by our table had splatters all over it, and the salt and pepper was disgusting. Food was okay. Memphis isn't known for its seafood so I feel like this place is average for it's geographical location. We came in because we had a coupon for appetizers, but this was for certain the last time we will step foot in this restaurant.
When I say disappointed in the entire experience. I mean disappointed in the entire experience. Came here on Feb 28, 2022 to celebrate a friends birthday.1. Had to wait an 2 hours just to be seated.2. The assistant manager had the nastiest attitude with us and several others. As a matter of fact people walked out saying she need to fix her attitude.3. We had a party of about 8 and she wanted to seat 6 out of the 8 first and then make 2 people wait another hour for an open table when the section she sat us in had multiple seats available.4. The waitress came to the table using profanity. Although it wasn’t against us. It was still unprofessional.5. Waitress never brought us our drinks.6. As my friend is trying to rectify the seating arrangements. The manager calls the police on him and says that he cussed her out. Which he never cussed her out.7. The reason they had to rectify the seating is because the waitress told us we could utilize the booths adjacent the 6 seat table.8. The General Manager comes and instead of telling the manager she was in the wrong she says well because I wasn’t there and don’t know what happened I have to ask you to leave. I will say she did give my friend a $50 gift card for his birthday. Which further admits guilt and shows that she knew the other manager was in the wrong.9. They wasted MPDs time. As we leave they tell us be glad you aren’t eating here because you’d probably be sitting there for forever before you get your food.When I say I’ll NEVER eat at another Red Lobster EVER!!!! Idc whose birthday it is or what’s going on. I won’t SPEND a dime in another Red Lobster EVER. This was an experience I’ll never forget. Don’t waste your money here anyway food ain’t that good no way.
