EXCELLENT service! We visited from out of state and weren’t sure what to expect. The resturaunt was full so we expected a little wait on food but oh we’re we wrong!! Dishes came out literally minutes after ordered and our server (wish I’d got her name) was amazing! The food was delicious! I will most certainly return the next time we are in town.
We were seated 30 minutes before closing. We enjoyed our delicious meals! The waitress was excellent and even told us that our food would come out fast! We enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff! Great place to eat!
The food is always fresh, made to order, and timely. One of the best sushi spots in Memphis!
A fantastic place to get great sushi. I have been eating there for years and never had a bad meal. Dining in is always enjoyable with great service. Expect a short wait on busy evenings. Ordering pick up is quick and easy. Plenty of parking and easily accessible from all points in Memphis by being less than 5 minutes from the Poplar exit off I-240.
Service was very good food portions were small this Chicken hibachi plate was $15 I had the Philadelphia roll which was fantastic lots of choices for sushi Which I will stick to next time I go
Ordered 2 Batavia rolls for dinner last night. The salmon inside was supposed to be baked as it says on the menu. My salmon was baked only partially and therefore it was raw. It’s disappointing because this is my favorite roll.
Our waitress was so nice, when she saw our cups getting close to empty she asked if we wanted refills and she was quick to take our order. On top of that food got to us extremely fast. It was delicious.
The food was just okay, nothing to brag about. The dining experience was not the best but the food was bought out promptly and the server was very attentive. Maybe just a place to go for takeout only. The chicken katsu was fresh and nice and crispy. I tried the jazz roll and crunchy crab roll they both were okay. Meh experience for Japanese cuisine.
My kids love this place - me not so much. It has become a Friday night family night dinner. But the last two times we have ordered something has been wrong.Last week -- there was a request for no onions in my husbands filet hibachi; both fried rice and vegetables. There was onions in both.Tonight - I ordered myself a side of fried rice. I had also ordered my kids their usuals and wanted to confirm that my one was getting French fries not rice - that is correct. I recall being asked if the fried rice side would have vegetables and I said yes - I'm okay with peas, onions, etc... well to my surprise my order was not fried rice but another side of French fries.I am hoping I can wean my kids off this place because it is not worth the drive to get incorrect items. And yes -- it is a "first world" problem but its irritating.
It's OK. The print on the menu is so small! It's kinda small and quite loud. Sushi is pretty standard strip mall fare. Our server couldn't tell which was which, worrisome. Flavor: good. Quality: good.
