Terrible owner literally told me to move out of a parking spot i was in waiting to pick up an employee that clearly wasn't marked as his so called spot. Then when I asked him would he tell a paying customer about to walk in his establishment to move and he said yes. So I'm curious to know what yall response/action would be?Also I recommend that if you do eat at this establishment come in the am bc you never know what you'll get with the night staff. There's been fights in the establishment with staff while customers are dining and vehicles are being broken into even with the security guard they have.So if you do decide to dine here use extreme caution ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
wait staff was great food was hot drinks on point they really showed out we were in the party room with 2 other parties and everything was great .5 stars
Our waitress was very friendly and courteous. She checked on us making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere and environment was very nice and relaxing.Yes, we will visit Red Hook Cajun Seafood & Bar again.
THE MANAGER N SECURITY GUARD WAS HARASSING OUR TABLE YES WE HAD KIDS WITH US YES THE KIDS DID PAY FOR THERE FOOD N THE SECURITY GUARD MADE A COMMENT SAYING WE SHOULD HAVE TOOK OUR KIDS TO MCDONALD BUT THE SERVER WAS GREAT
Ordered one of the fried baskets and it was just okay. The fish appeared to be cooked with flour instead of fish meal. My husband and I thought it was chicken. The fish was about the size of 2 small chicken tenders and we received 6 small shrimps. They could have kept the small size of fries. The fries were about the size of a small fry at Wendy’s or McDonald’s, and we paid $16.00 each for food that we could have gotten from Captain D’s.
Order extra SAUCE! I purchased a 1/2 snow crab, broccoli, and corn. For me, a boil bag is supposed to Be really saucy and this was wasn’t. After ordering one extra sauce I was good to go. The food was cooked well and my strawberry mimosa was tasty! I noticed how clean it was and how helpful all of the staff was to each other. Giving it 3 stars because of the lack of sauce and smaller crab legs.
Very fresh seafood..me n my friend had the Monday deals..n togo a Tuesday deal for her sister..will definitely be back again!..unfortunately me n my friend devour all our food before I remember the pics but still got the pic for the togo order!A shout out to Mr Tyrone Carrick,the Mgr who has such good customer service n solve the issue I had with my bill! TQ!

The music was louder than a club and was filled with cuss words. Apparently they had a live DJ that thought he was at a dance club My wife asked the server to turn it down, but they didn't. The people that sat down next to us later on asked them to turn it down and of course they didn't. There were kids there and this was at 6pm. The server stood there waiting on me to sign the check like she was making sure I tipped. The food was great though.
I had Iunch today at Red Hook and everything was AMAZING! My waitress was Diamond she was phenomenal. She not only took care of seating me and putting my order in, she was the bartender as well. She was a multi-tasking BEAST! She took care of everyone that was there as well as hold the bar down. I love her attitude and her skills as well. She made sure she was very attentive to her guest. As a former manager at Chick-fil-A I thrive for this kind of service.The manager Tyrone was doing his walk thru as well and I must say I am very pleased.Thanks Red Hook Winchester keep up the great work I will be back!!!!
