We had a group of 9 seated on the 2nd floor yesterday. The room add a bad odor and nets was present. The waitress who was very nice, sprayed some Lysol in the room to calm the smell down. She had customers on all floors so it was hard for her to expedient. Since we were along originally in the room it was hard to get service unless we catch the elevator to go to another floor. The onion rings was VERY greasy, there was mole on the marinara sauce that accompanied the mozzarella sticks, the wings was fried extremely HARD and some of the lemons was going bad. They gave a 25% discount off 1 ticket for the mozzarella sticks and took the price it off the other. Nobody EVER came to remove the excessive eaten food off the table. We brought a cake and had to clean off the table ourselves in order place it in the table. The waitress was swamped and all over the place. When I called ahead to confirm our reservation, they couldn’t find it. However, I told them who took our reservation so they did accommodate us. The staff was nice, but considering how much we spent the food and service was not good.

Beautiful building. Relaxed atmosphere. Excellent customer service. Superb food!
My experience at Red Hook was awesome! My daughter wanted to go for seafood on her birthday. And she was very pleased. The service was great! The food was perfectly seasoned. Came out in no time. And the prices were very reasonable. Also, I ordered a amaretto sour from the bar. The bartender made it to perfection. My baby says we have a new seafood spot. And I totally concur with her. I'm actually having them today for lunch. Way to go Red Hook!
