We found this delicious spot by accident while we were exploring the city. It has several gluten and dairy free dessert options (which is very hard to find where I'm from). We had a peanut butter cookie and a lemon cheesecake slice and both were delicious and not overly sweet. All of the food has clean ingredients and was well labeled. The staff member working today was very helpful and gave good recommendations for what to try. If you're vegan or gluten free or both, this place is worth a visit!
Mary-Margaret was so sweet and friendly. Prices are up there but I just wanted to try something local. Will be back!
Best juice bar in Memphis with multiple locations Downtown, Midtown and East Memphis. They also have awesome prepared foods and are 100% vegan and gluten-free. The juices are cold-pressed and prepared off site. Get a six-pack for the discount and variety!

My new found love in Memphis. I bought the ‘six packs’. The cold pressed juices are just wow. You will realise the freshness. They have many different varieties of fresh juices and shots. They have options for soups and broths. I haven’t tried yet, but they look cool. I am definitely going back to pick some fresh salad and snacks. The place is for health watchers, and vegans. Go and try if you appreciate these new age hip healthy, raw and clean foods.

I am sick with COVID 19 & called their EAST MEMPHIS location to see if they could help me with curbside pickup - NOT ONLY were they so helpful with selecting me the best juices for my health situation, someone even came & dropped it off at my door - I don’t know if that’s normal or not but I will be forever greatful! I have juices and broth with powerful healing ailments in them ! Thank you so much RAWGIRLS yall really make me feel better !
The healthiest food in Memphis! I've been coming here for years and everything is always fresh and absolutely delicious. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Do not believe the bad reviews.. just read the owners comments. I know for a fact the employees love working there and are paid a fair wage. I can understand why some complain about the cost but honestly, it's comparable to similar establishments and you get what you pay for. Raw Girls uses the freshest organic ingredients, and they care about their employees and customers.
