The vegan items that they offer were just what I needed to cheer myself up. The location was a bit disconcerting due to the foot traffic but it was well worth my efforts. They had a wide range of flavorfully healthful vegan dishes and I would have sampled them all if I had the time and weren’t just passing the area. The service was phenomenal and the dishes were wholesomely nutritious.
We found this delicious spot by accident while we were exploring the city. It has several gluten and dairy free dessert options (which is very hard to find where I'm from). We had a peanut butter cookie and a lemon cheesecake slice and both were delicious and not overly sweet. All of the food has clean ingredients and was well labeled. The staff member working today was very helpful and gave good recommendations for what to try. If you're vegan or gluten free or both, this place is worth a visit!
Best juice bar in Memphis with multiple locations Downtown, Midtown and East Memphis. They also have awesome prepared foods and are 100% vegan and gluten-free. The juices are cold-pressed and prepared off site. Get a six-pack for the discount and variety!

The healthiest food in Memphis! I've been coming here for years and everything is always fresh and absolutely delicious. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Do not believe the bad reviews.. just read the owners comments. I know for a fact the employees love working there and are paid a fair wage. I can understand why some complain about the cost but honestly, it's comparable to similar establishments and you get what you pay for. Raw Girls uses the freshest organic ingredients, and they care about their employees and customers.
Wow… sooo good! Whether you’re raw, vegan, or just health conscious but like delicious taste, you gotta check out raw girls! We were passing through Memphis on a road trip and needed a detox.. they had a juice special and we got a great deal for 6 different juices/smoothies. They let us try samples of all of them before purchasing too, which was so cool! They also have salads, noodle bowls, cookies, desserts, etc all ready to go, and even had chocolate chip cookie samples for us. The cookies were better than any junky sugary cookie I’ve ever had. Healthy food and wholesome food has never tasted so delicious!
The RawGirls location I ordered from was East Memphis but if each location has delicious food and juices then that's even more awesome. If I ever I get to travel back thru this part of the country, I'll be ordering from them again. I may just place an order online and have a little piece of Memphis all the time. Raw Girls is hands down the best juice place in Memphis! Especially Olivia at the Midtown location, she made my experience the best it could be. She recommended which juices I should try, what they would do for me, and what they tasted like. She is definitely a great asset to the Raw Girls company. In addition, I loved their chocolate chip cookies, blueberry muffins, Two Tickets to Paradise, and the Thai Chop Salad. Overall, if you’re in Memphis, whether visiting or your a native, visit Raw Girls, the experience is life changing!
The quality of the Raw Girls food is stellar! So much so, I must arrive early enough to beat the rush on some of the soups and salads. My favorite soup is the tomato, I buy 3 or 4 at a time when it's not sold out. I cannot imagine a week that goes by without stopping by the truck and getting my fix. The strawberry salad and mung bean pasta are my new obsessions. Zoe and Peterson are always so pleasant and happy to introduce new salads and pastas, I wish all employees these days had those great attitudes at work.Everything is made fresh and tastes amazing, you can tell a lot of time and energy has been put into every dish and juice. My favorite juice is the Antioxidant Bliss! This place should be on every corner, not to mention the positive energy you get from the owners, it's clear they put a lot of love in their products! Keep up the good work, I cannot wait to try the Thai Melon!
my mom and I have been supporting raw girls since they opened and we’ve never had a bad experience! the food is AMAZING and packed with plant protein. you can tell Hannah and Amy truly care about the health of our community and the environment from their business. biodegradable corn plastic packaging, fresh local produce, and a fully vegan and gluten free menu!! wow! (grab a mung bean pasta and juice when you go <3 )
