These are some awesome folks!!!! They never disappoint. Just experienced my first pizza being cold. I tried to eat a slice but it just was too cold. So I asked to reheat it but they paid attention to food and safety. Instead of just reheating it they decided to make me a new pizza. Very thankful they pay attention to the little details. Thank you!
The customer service isn't the best but they move fast. If you don't eat meat beware because they do a lot of cross contamination between gloves and pizza slicers etc. My pizza taste like meat when it was none on it. Plus the guy at the register was so busy talking about personal stuff he didn't put my reward number in after I asked him to do it.
Usually love this place, and Thursdays are great with their $2 beer specials, this is why we come here most Thursdays. Well apparently the male manager is the only one here who can serve beer today, we were told he would be out in just a min to get us beers, 20min later I go up to him and ask about our beers and he tells me it's gonna be a while cause he is now working the oven... And apparently none of the other 7ppl there can work the oven... He was kind of rude when telling me this and not one word of apology.
Stopped by Pyros while charging up my Tesla! Kind staff, fast food, and good quality! It's not the best pizza in the world but it's far better than Mod or the other fast food pizzas I've had. Would highly recommend to those who are stopping through Memphis on their road trips!Their cups are also of very high quality... Will probably keep the plastic Togo cup instead of tossing it!
Very good pizza, this is my first time coming in the food was great! great service and it was very clean!!!
This is a great lunch spot! Service is quick. Food is hot. Ingredients are fresh. Ridgeway seating can sometimes be a challenge if you go at a busy time. The 'Honey It's Hot' pizza is my favorite!
Had my first Pyros experience today. I enjoyed being able to choose from the many fresh ingredients to create a pizza that was just to my taste. The crust is very thin and crispy and the sauce has a nice zing to it.
I frequent the Ridgeway location for lunch and haven't had a bad experience yet. I love the fresh ingredients and that I can get a pizza and side salad with whatever toppings I desire that day. AND all for under $20! There's also the option to get wine if it's been one of those days. :) Keep it up!
Monday Night Football = NO SOUND!!First of all, I love Pyros. But I specifically walked here from the local hotel for Pizza and Beer and Monday night football. They would not play the sound. (Ridgeway road location.) Completely horrible viewing experience! That being said… The staff is super nice and professional. The pizza was delicious and the beer cold. Unfortunately, unless they change the sound policy will have to Uber to farther away Pyros or other sports bar for sound during games.Disappointed…. Something so pointless.Without sound the place is quite depressing.
Worst pizza dining experience. Aside from simple things like there being no ice or napkins readily available, the employees (at least the two making my pizza) were too high to be able to make a pizza. They took forever spacing out a couple of pepperoni perfectly and then when asking for a couple more because of the skimpy portions, took him a full minute to understand the request. Repeat that with the employee adding the veggie toppings. Pizza itself was decent save for the fact that the paper thin and small size/density of it was clearly worth less than half the price. Overall 0/10 DO NOT recommend.
