There was six workers I sat at the window for 35 minutes after ordering a 12 pc five biscuits and two large sides. The lady at the window was so disgusting her braids were to her butt and she kept scratching her head while making drinks with no gloves. The staff is to young and the manager made it no better she did not push her staff to get the food out. I'm literally making this review while still waiting I will never come here again this Popeyes need upper corporate visit ASAP!! The guy with the black jacket just got off break and came straight to the window on his cell phone.
This Location Is A MessIt is in my most humble opinion as a valued customer. That you either A) provide a salary increase for employees at this location to inspire more individuals to pursue a career here. B) open a separate location right next to this one. It is a shame how cars obstruct traffic sitting in the drive threw of this location due to its undermanaged under preformed, staff. Speaking on staff if this place had more man power this location could potentially see a spike in profits over a 5 years period. If the drive threw line stretches from the lot to Kirby street, and they have to lock the doors to keep customers at bay due to over capacity inside it seems to me like this location makes a more than a couple pennies
Line always long and slow but food always hot and fresh. It's worth the wait sometimes. Not the best option to go to on a short lunch break from work.

I live in Olive Branch so I didn't take it back.I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. If you don't want to have integrity about the product find somewhere else to workI always check my order for accuracy before I pull off, but I didn't think I had to check for taste and quality. I won't patronize this location again.

I know it's a shortage on staff but they need to work on customer service. They don't greet you or smile or say anything. I was given the wrong food and had to get back in the extremely long line. The manager tried to blame the new cashier for the mistake but she handed him the food. It's a group accountability. I didn't even get an apology or anything, they better be lucky that chicken sooo good lol but I wouldn't go back to this location.
I placed an online order from the app. I waited on the parking lot 5 mins. past the time my order stated it was ready. I walked in and it's extremely busy. I eventually make it over to the mobile order area. The manager who was leaving was great and moved with speed. I saw her fix my order. Unfortunately the asst. manager that continued to work the line wasn't as efficient as the other lady. She took my order and put it behind her. Probably a location to hold Door Dash and Mobile orders, however she never turned around to see if their were people standing there. We had to flag her down. When she brought me my order, I was missing a side. I flagged her again to advise her. She takes my order and dumps the entire order out on the prep table. I was surprised. Then she puts it in a new bag and calls herself reading my tag to make sure I had everything. I go back through the bag and I see that she took my apple pie out and didn't put it back. As I continued to see if anything else is missing, she comes over and drops my pie back in the bag. I ordered an additional side of macaroni and cheese for $2.79. There was a tablespoon of Macaroni and cheese in the cup. So I called her back and asked her if that was the proper amount in the cup. She says wellllll...like she wasn't sure. I advised her that wasn't enough for a kid. She said well I just give you another one. It had a small amount also. The two together wouldn't fill the side cup 3/4 of the way. The food tasted ok. It wasn't the hot and great tasting food I'm used to having from Popeyes.
This is the slowest Popeyes I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Good grief. I waited in line 20 mins and had to leave and didn’t even get to get my food this is ridiculously bad. Not sure how anyone here has a job.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS. They literally closed 2 hours early after everybody waited in line 35min + plus. When got to the ordering box they took our order gave us a total then said nevermind they were CLOSED!!!!!! Their reasoning was because & i quote “we been closed , we aint takin nomore orders they threw the rest of the chicken away”
I never come to this Popeyes Chicken because the line is always wrapped around the building or into the streets. Today the line wasn't that long and I wanted some popcorn shrimp. Even though I stayed in line for about 15 minutes I waited. I place my order the young lady told me that they did not have any change that I needed correct change or they would not give change back, I said okay. My total was 7.20 so I gave up $0.80. that wasn't the problem, the problem was to wait in line that long and I got the wrong order. I decided to check 5 minutes away from the restaurant and instead of popcorn shrimp I got fried Chicken and the wrong drink so I drove back to Popeyes and when I went to go inside both doors were locked so I walked up to the window which I didn't want to do and the young lady said you can't come to the window to exchange your food or return your food you have to get back in line which again was to the street. I told her I wasn't getting back in line for an order that they messed up. they gave me my correct order and just handed it to me with no bag no sorry sir for the problem or thank you have a nice day, just handed my food and close the window. Needless to say I will not be back to this location even though I love Popeye's Chicken the service needs improvement and it seems like better management if they're running out of change. I've worked in a restaurant before and if I was in that situation where we had no change I would not round the orders up I would round them down, I wouldn't charge my customers more for something that is my fault.** I had to edit because the shrimp was so hard and dry I couldn't eat half of it and the beans and rice taste like yes been sitting under the lamp for a hour, I didn't even bother to return it, just cut my losses-
