Drive through line is ridiculous..I understand it’s a pandemic but why the lobby not open..It’s was always some BS at that location..

Disrespectful management. No closed lobby signs anywhere with open and unlocked doors and chairs down in lobby. Went to pick up a customers order and the management straight told me to my face when i asked if i coupd go ahead and get food that she didnt care about my job

20 minutes in line before ordering. Can not dine inside,not sure why since Shelby County TN is low transmission area.

The restaurant was closed at 7pm on 2/8/22. The menu light was on causing line of cars, approximately 7.

Chicken was undercooked to the point of blood being present. Biscuits were left out of the order.

The drive through line was out to the street, so I went in. Mistake! With a pallet of freight in the dining room and a line of people, I was determined to eat Popeyes chicken today. Mistake! I waited so long for a take out order, the people I ordered for had missed their lunch hour. Three 3 piece meals I ordered. No lemonade available. The reason I gave 2 stars, the food was good. It was like it was supposed to be. Just wish I hadn't waited my entire lunch to get it.

Walmart is addictive. U always go in for 1 thing and end up getting everything.. I hate that they are under staffed now cauze you be in the lines so long now on Elvis Presley and Holmes Road. Its ridiculous!!

The worst popeye's in Memphis. Just told me they aren't taking any orders due to workers and that's everyday. NEVER waste your time coming to this franchise.

I normally try my best to be patient and be an understanding person when it comes to fast food, however, this Popeyes location is beyond understanding.I’m a local worker so this location is one of the few choices I have when my lunch break comes around. Each time I’ve been here, and I mean every single time, they have stated that they’ve run out of this or that.To put it in perspective, when I arrived here for the first time, they told me they did not have chicken items on the menu available. (Surprising right?)The second time, seafood.The third time, they didn’t have tenders, nuggets, fries, mashed potatoes, or chicken sandwich.The fourth time, no one answered at the speaker.Please remember when I stated that I try to be understanding.The fifth time, and they didn’t even tell me Until I got to the window, they didn’t have the chicken I ordered or straws and tops for drinks.This time, the sixth time, they didn’t have fries, mashed potatoes, or nuggets.Although this is getting a little frustrating, I still try to understand but I am unable to wrap my head around it.The extra star is for the couple (literally 2) times I’ve arrived to extreme customer service from a super nice lady. Otherwise, I don’t believe anyone in the drive through has cared at all.If this location is so busy everyday that they run out of anything or everything, shouldn’t management do better to ensure their employees have all the tools and ingredients they need to satisfy the customer from open to close?Well that’s my spill.If someone in management or corporate even reads these comments, please help this location. I love Popeyes and I still want to eat there. It’s just uncomfortable and a hassle every, every time.
