Always a long wait through the drive thru. Wait time is 30 mins to 1.5 hrs. Cannot go inside to eat or place to go orders.
Ordered a three piece meal through the drive through and got three wings. Was not happy.
Have never been here before and won't go back. The chicken didn't taste good and they left out fries on both our orders. The red beans and rice was good and husband's shrimp was good
This is the best Popeye in Memphis. Chicken is always fresh and hot. The line is always long but it's worth it
Tried this location a second time to see if I should update my review. Ordered 2 sandwiches, paid for 2 sandwiches, received 1 sandwich. The cashier argued with me saying I received 2 sandwiches and was lying. Left with only one sandwich and no refund. I will not give this location another try.
5 stars because of the young ladies at the drive thru on Macon Rd. Pooh was the one that took my order. She was polite, funny and also saved me a few coins. The young lady at the window was very polite as well. Didn't have to ask for any condiments what so ever. These days and times I welcome great customer service. Made my experience worth while.
Suppose to open at ten and don't open till 12 and never answer the phone. Around 7 you go there and they stopped serving a majority of the food worst place ever
I went through the drive throuhgh at 12:10 pm (2 hours after the resturaunt opens) to pick up an uber order and was turned away being told they were closed. This cost around $13 worth of gas and uber fair.
20 minutes in the drive through and get to the speaker to order and they tell me that it's now SHIFT CHANGE and will not be taking anymore order for 20 to 25 minutes. What the heck fast food now stops production for shift change???? What is going on in today's world?
