Terrible customer service. The lady taking my order seem very aggravated sighing at the fact I was taking too long or that my order was too big. She seemed very upset about her job that she's hired to do. I get to the window and because I haven't ordered $50 worth of food she refuses to break my $100 bill when my total amount due was 40$. If the manager is hiring these type of people and allowing them to perform at work like this he needs to be replaced.
The establishment drive thru is already too slow for them to be making errors on your order. You don't even bother checking if it's correct until after you have made it home from the long wait. They left my side of red beans and rice off my order. The popcorn shrimp literally look like crumbs and the regular size mac and cheese was ridiculously small basically nothing but lump of cheese.
This is the worst Popeyes on earth! They had 10 employees and all of them where worthless! They had the line wrapped around the building. I sat in line from 9:26pm to 10:00pm waiting for a customer door dash only to get to the window and they tell me they don’t have the order somebody else picked up. They were all lying! I called the customer to verify if he received his order. It was time to close and they didn’t want to fulfill the order. Another girl said we don’t have any nuggets made anyway. Just ghetto and very poor customer service! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Customer service is horrible & they take FOREVER‼️ Waited in line for 25 mins and then at the speaker for another 10 mins without being addressed. I eventually drove off. This is NOT fast food.
Just ordered through Grubhub, an 8 piece spicy, 4 biscuits & mac and cheese.I got a 7 piece, 3 piece biscuits and had to warm the chicken up in the airfryer, I guess since I couldn't pick it up, they just gone skip out on the full order, glad its just 3 people eating..
Went to this location after work. There was a long line because the other Popeye's were closed due to no power. But chicken was good and hot. Customer service was pleasant and efficient.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The manager was rude and inattentive to her lobby customers. Her hair was dragging across peoples food. One staff member was on there phone when the store was very busy. Another staff member had no gloves on and touching food. Then, one of the staff members decided to scratch her head then continue to pick up chicken.This store is a disgrace.

Ghetto! They have the doors locked in the inside but the drive thru line still moved veryslow. The employee on the speaker had a stank attitude. “We ain’t got this we ain’t got that” When asked for one little sauce after paying for a whole family meal she said it will cost 20 cents. They act like they are paying for the sauce themselves?. Better off just cooking at home than letting angry ratchet people prepare your food.
