molasses is faster than getting chicken at this store! ordered online for pick-up at 4:45 pm. They will NOT allow you to pick up in store. MUST go thru drive thru. WASTE of time. Picked up my order an hour later. You would expect that the food would be hot (temperature). WRONG! food was just warm. I still had to heat it up when I got home. Customer comes last at this store. Not friendly. If it is Sunday then maybe get chicken here, otherwise do yourself a favor and go to Chick-fil-a.
One star just for the brand. Use to be able to order pickup and walk in which was a distraction from the longest wait in Memphis. Not anymore. Almost spending $40 for a family meal. Haven’t been to kfc in a while but the thought appears sitting in this line. ? Popeyes need to do better with taking care of the employees because we need them!
As I walked across the parking lot, a toothless wonder that worked there, but was on a toke break appeared to be walking slightly in front of me. I assumed to open the door for me. Nope, I think he'd been waiting his whole life to say, "No crackers allowed."The kid didn't really say that, but it is the vibe that store and Lenny's next door put off.At least that kid told me something, Lenny's sub staff couldn't even be bothered to say anything.
The drive thru is so busy on most days. Today was the fastest service I've seen in a while. Food was good and next rainy day I'm there.
One of the longest times l ever had to wait on some "fast food." I don't know if they were just that slow or not enough workers but l won't be going back. My chicken sandwich had a funny texture taste to it, like it wasn't fresh or something. The meat without the crust, crunched...? and my fries were cold. One bright spot was little lady that was at the window that took my payment; at least told me to have a blessed day! Again, I won't be going back.
NOT professional very rude Crew will not visit again.
The line is always at least half an hour long it takes forever however the chicken is nice and hot every time it could cook just a little bit longer to dry out more of the soft grizzly parts but it is always hot and well done the customer service as with most places here could be better but tonight they were very polite
The line was soooooo long I thought I was at chic FIL a...after a 20 min wait I got my food and it was fresh so no other complaints

We waited Entirely Too long in the drive-through line! 45 minutes! We only ordered 2 sides. Overpriced for individual sides.
