The young people at this Whitehaven location are the best. Pleasant voice at the ordering box and when you receive your meal. Bryan keep up the good work. I can't remember the other names but keep up the good work. Of course the food is always good. When I visit a fast food or restaurant and the employees are not friendly and welcoming as if they don't want to do their job I do not go back.
The guy at the drive thru window didn't give my change back and after how things went, or made me think he did it deliberately. Reason being, before I pulled off, I asked him if he'd given me my change. He said yes so I was looking and it was nowhere to be found. Not wanting to hold up the line, I pulled up and out of the way. Still couldn't find it so I went inside to inform management. He told them that he gave me a ten dollar bill and a one dollar bill. So I went back outside to look again. Nothing. On my way back in, I was met at the door with my eleven dollars. My order was $9.36 and I gave him a $20. On the receipt he typed in that I have him $9.36 which also made me think that his actions were intentional. To make matters worse, by the time all of that was over, my food was cold, not fully cooked, and bruised. Whitehaven Popeye's Chicken ?
I went to popeyes today round 5ish an mi card had declined because I had it turn off an didn't kno the manager was so rude web I ask if she could swipe it again saying that she can't swip it again no mam I can't I'm not and was very fast talkn an rude about it I had turn it own so I kno it was going to go threw an my order was like 21.00 I was very hurt about this especially wen I had been at the hospital all day for mi child being sick and she was very hungry.She didn't even ask if I had cash or another card just insisted what she not going to do very rude I pray sumone talk to these managers on being more helpful even doe you may have cars wrap around the building I was already in line 45min....I'm totally disappointed.
Placed an order for the 10 piece Special and upon arriving home and preparing to eat there were only 8 pieces of chicken. Since you can't dine in and the drive thru lines are long most people don't hold up the line checking their order. After this in the future I will. Additionally I don't understand why the chicken I got was not hot and fresh with the constant flow of customers during the after school & work hours. I tried calling the restaurant but they will not answer which is why I'm posting instead.
The drive thru is always long. Thankfully I was able to go inside. Food was delish. Cashier needs more practice. I think she was nervous. But still enjoyed my meal.
Ok, just forgetting to put what I purchased is always a problem. Long line to the window to not get what we ordered, I realize your quite busy. To wait in line to get what we didn't get is more than we want to deal with.
I didn't like my food the chicken was little I order two $6 box with two piece fries and a biscuits but what I didn't like was the rude girl and the Manger they need to have a sit with someone that is a people person cause if u don't like your job stay home.
The last time I visited this Popeyes they were decent with the quality of food. However; the customer service sucks. I went through drive thru last night (12-17-21) between 9:45 and 10:00 and was greeted with the most unprofessional member of staff.Me: HelloEmployee: Ma'am we out of chicken. Let me tell yal I've been wanting some for months the lines been long like they chik fila idk what has been going on...but this day I drove right to the window it's was 11ish the guy who took my order was cheerful the girl at the window smiled as if they were a really happy to be doing there job and let's just say many have been acting like they forced smh but not here .now I know to go early beat the rush and the attitudes . Thanks you guys were great
