The only reason why I gave them a 1 is due to the mashed potatoes was excellent, cthe spicy chicken was fried too hard, ask the guy to put ice in all Sri KS except the coke, in Asian voice, he no listen?I had to come back inside after leaving to put bags of food in, car and put ice in cups with hot tea ?overall I spent close to $40 an I'm glad it wasn't more ?
I ordered online and had my 8 pc regular. large fries. And 3 pies delivered. The driver didn’t get out but had me cme to her car window toGet my food. I tipped and left a good review jus to find my pies were missing and when i went to the store the door were locked and the drive thru line was so packd u cant get in or out the lot. Employee one tellsMe i have to be refunded online. Manager tries to give me drink in place of pies. I should have never been charged for something they dnt have and not notified nor should i have to leave hme once i paid for delivery and tipped. I want to speak to a manager. I am so tired of the areas unprofessional treatment to customers
No customers inside and drive thru still took forever. Food cold and thrown in box. Waste of money.
Was very disappointed, asked for nuggets with swett and spicy dipping sauce., the ladyman replyed it in the bag. Got home and it was nothing in bag Second time this gas HAPPENED. Very nasty attitudes ?
I've had bad experiences at 4 popeyes here in Memphis. Here i ordered ahead to be able to pick up order scheduled. I get there only to be told we have to wait in the very long drive thru line. It was me and 2 door dash drivers. So they left i had no choice but to wait since my food was paid for. Finally got to the window ...order was not ready then they told me they had no shrimp or apple pies and would return my points for not getting the items. As u guess that didn't happen. So u can take a chance on going to popeyes in Memphis but u will not like the outcome ??
Line extremely slow, inside of building was locked at 3 pm, give me sauce that I didn't ask for; instead of telling me that they didn't have the sauce that I wanted. The chicken tenders were cooked well but flavorless. Of course, customer service was 2 stars, but I don't expect much, due to location. Everyone is short of staff, so no excuses are necessary.
Slow SLOW Slow . It's 3:34pm and I have been in this line for over 20 minutes.. they are extremely slow.. if y'all gone be this slow at least let the Doordash come in so they want hold the line up!! It's people pulling off and getting mad.. we in a dangerous city with ignorant people and this makes no sense at all!!
Extra long wait time in drive thru. The problem is if no one is allowed inside then why are they more slower in the drive thru
So I went to get that new almost 4$ small container of Mac and cheese .it tasted like absolutely nothing at all !looks creamy but has not flavor but want you to pay almost five bucks for a spoonful of Nonthing and there was this terrible after taste .idk maybe everything from them taste better in Louisiana.
Was the inky one in line and still had a 5 minute wait but my food was hot, good and fresh
