I have been eating at this location for quite some time, and the food has always been okay and the staff is fine. The last few visits, the food was not hot. I cannot even say it was warm. This is mostly Sunday afternoons, around 12 to 1. Who wants a cold dinner, so disappointed.

Oh lord, where do I begin on how to say how GOOD the food is and how wonderful the service is. Piccadilly cafeteria is the best place to eat in Memphis. The manager Reggie and every one that work on the serving line are Absolutely some the nices people I've ever met. My wife & I was just there this weekend. And this is our 3rd time being in Memphis Tennessee,,, we will be back soon in November.

Some things have changed, but the Liver is still great, so tender you can cut it with a Fork !

Cakes not good anymore. The best thing was the smothered pork chops and rice. Chicken tenders.

Southern style food. That was delicious. I had the fried chicken with black eye peas and string beans. All was seasoned well. I like good peach cobbler and they did not disappoint.

A stop at Piccadillys is always nice. Such good food, and a great buffet to choose from. Its sure to please everyone. No waiting for a table, you can get in and out if you're in a hurry or relax and enjoy. The service is good, and restaurant is clean.

I was very impressed with the staff. They went above and beyond to help me out. Even more impressed with the chopped steak and Mac cheese and mash taters. Overall a great dinning experience. I will go back

Always been good food and friendly service ? a great place to take family and especially Grandma n Grandpa!

The staff on the line were nice and pleasant. The restaurant was not the tidiest because there were boxes piled up everywhere. The boxes were probably for catering orders, but it was still tacky for them to be all over the dining room. The food was average, the mashed potatoes were cold and the server was snappy with us. You could clearly tell she did not want to be there that day. The best thing on the line was the peach cobbler, hands down! I think they may have the best peach cobbler in town!! The broccoli salad was very good as well. I would not recommend their meatloaf to anyone because they served cold potatoes to go with it and the meat loaf itself had a weird texture to it.

My first time at Piccadilly on poplar and my last time , I spend $40 something dollars and I was so disappointed. The food was tasteless. The Piccadilly on Elvis Presley , you can tell black people is in that kitchen cooking. Food season right and taste so delicious.
