My favorite Tofu spot since 2018. They're friendly, appreciative and has wonderful customer service. I eat at this place every week. Love it!
I ordered a chow mein veggie and I guess I should've asked for the sauce and noodles separate as I was taking it back to my room. The sauce was missing something but it was Ok. Not the flavor I was used to on the West Coast when it comes to fried chow mein.
Drove from Jackson, on the way to KC. Got here and found out there're no Dine in. Togo only. I heard the food is good, but we won't have a clue.
I received the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere at this restaurant! The owner called me last night to tell me that she had forgotten the wings I had ordered, so she sent someone to my house to bring them to me, along with an extra portion of the lemongrass tofu that I love so much! I was blown away by how determined she was to make sure that I was happy with my order. This restaurant serves the best food in Memphis and I will continue to support this local, family-owned business!!! Thank you, Pho Binh ???
This is my favorite restaurant in Memphis. (And Memphis has a LOT of great restaurants) don’t sleep on the green bean tofu or the fried rice. Obviously the classic lemongrass tofu is exquisitely delicious, but having ordered almost everything on the menu over many years you seriously can’t go wrong—there is a dish suited for every craving and mood. Plus the family that owns it could not be any sweeter. When I’m not in Memphis I dream of their tofu, there is nothing else quite like this. If you’ve never eaten here GO! NOW!!!
best food in the world. i am always thankful for the family, they are always nice. if they ever needed something from the community i know memphis would do anything for them.
Pho Binh is the best Vietnamese restaurant in town, and it's not like there aren't options! Can't go wrong with lemongrass tofu. The family who runs this restaurant is so nice, and they know us by name. You won't be disappointed!
I've never had a bad dish. I only eat their vegetarian meals, and they are the best.
Wait time is usually 45 mins or a little longer. I have only ordered lemongrass tofu and it is the best tofu i have literally ever had. 4 out of 5 only because i only order one thing from there.
I've left the 5 stars years go, today I'll add few more information. Their Bun Tom Thit Nutong Cha Gio (#196 at the time) was my favorite dish. My friend, who also liked it, and I still call it #196 everywhere we go. I have compared all the Bun dishes at other Vietnamese places since then,The grilled pork at Phở Binh has been difficult to beat. Today, I would say I've had some similar or better by now, but I have fond memory of this place while I was living in Memphis (2003-2005) Last time I ate there was 2011.
