Food was decent, bathroom was absolutely disgusting.

Ordered pick two but with a bowl of soup and dinning in. They gave out a to-go orders for us without any utensils. Asked a guy there to change it to dinning setting, he gave me a face that says nah, not gonna… then he gave me two empty plates and utensils and told me to do it myself. The bowl of soup is also much smaller in to-go container comparing to the dinning in bowl. Not good experience overall, the workers here do not seems to be helpful…

Quick family lunch, and those of us who had food enjoyed it. However, they forgot our drinks and forgot one of the meals. The drinks I noticed, the bowl of soup, I did not. Now my 5 year old is crying because we've arrived at the park for our picnic lunch and she is the only one without any food.EDIT: -1 more star. 5 Min later and we realize there was another mixup as my wife got the wrong sandwich. I expect better if I'm paying $50 for my family's lunch.

My wife had the chicken sausage and pepperoni flat bread which she thought was pretty good. I had the bacon turkey bravo sandwich which was great. The bacon and smoked gouda paired well with the tomatoes and greens, very tasty! Order was prepared fairly quickly and it was a nice dining experience. I wanted some broccoli cheddar soup but they were out, this sort of thing should not happen.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Three experiences, all very poor. Masks required but people waiting to pick up their food are maskless and no managers seem to be enforcing the policy. Informed that the wait for my food would be at least 20 minutes after I've already placed it. Thanks for nothing. Started ordering through the app, asked for extra cucumber on a Mediterranean sandwich. Actually received four little chunks and three crumbles of feta cheese. Gee, do you think you could spare it? The best part is when they ask for a tip at the end of the transaction. You want a tip? Hire quality people with experience, pay them a living wage so they won't expect a tip for doing the job you're paying them to do, and make sure that everything leaving your establishment meets your high quality standards, not that you'll ever see my business again.

Curbside is ridiculous. I waited 30 minutes and called their phone 4 times before someone finally answered. If you can see my lights are flashing, why would you not come and check what my name is or literally anything? This is my second time coming here and both times I have waited over 20+ minutes. Now I’m waiting even longer because they have to remake it… How does a customer take it if it is curbside? Makes absolutely no sense. I won’t recommend this location to anybody.

Pathetic Panera! 25 minutes to get a salad and soup? No Managment! Wow, this is pathetic! Where is the old quality service they used to have? The soup was half empty. What a shame!

I go to this location because they still sell bread! Most Panera Bread Company locations only service customers dining in or drive thru with prepared menu items. Some won't even sell you bread anymore.Thank You Panera for this location and it's supply of bread for retail sale.

Slower than Christmas. Food is standard Panera. Service is like watching paint dry. Not really service. I could go to Kroger, but all the ingredients, come back to Panera, and make it all myself in the time it takes them to make some sandwiches. Pathetic waste of time and money. Panera! Give me the last 2 hours of my life back!

Young lady have wrong order. It was not her fault I distracted her with a question she was very kind I offered to pay for the mistake she wouldn't allow me to. My order was correct I hope you young lady be forgiven for my mistake
