I never write reviews, but if I could give less than 1 star for this location, I would. I love Panera, and go there generally at least 3 times a week, but only this union location has been horrible for me. They routinely have absolutely NO bagels at all and yesterday answered the drive through with the greeting, "we only have Mac and cheese and sandwiches". My biggest issue with this location is that I like my apples "sliced" so I can easliy eat them on the go, and get them that way at every other location. But at this location, they will give me the apple unsliced every time, despite my request, and say our apple slicer is broken. Well get another one or use a knife! So tonight I said specifically, "please be sure to slice my apple" but again, when the apple was not sliced, I said, please slice it, and was told again, we have nothing to slice it with. REALLY? You don't have knives?? So I asked for the manager, and she says, I am the manager, then with much attitude adds, that's why I put a knife in your bag. REALLY, a plastic disposable knife for me, the drive through customer, to slice my own apple? Their manager, customer service and supply of menu items is Horrible at this Union location!

Waited on hold for 15 minutes to not get answered. PUHNUHRA BREH PLEASE WHOLE! is how the phone gets answered. Went to drive through waited 47 minutes for the wrong food and salad that looked like it came from the dumpster. Matter of fact the dumpster would have been better. We have spent a small fortune with panera over time and it ends today. Not another dime will go to this place. Service, friendliness, and food quality is at an all time low.

I went to the drive thru at appx 8:45pm, there were 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window she told me the amount, I handed her my card, she handed it back then my food, I asked if I could get some ranch........she says...."we don't have ranch, have a good night" closed the window, took her head set off and walked away. Ok, so they don't have ranch????, maybe she could have asked if I wanted something else, No, I have never been to a drive thru where someone acted like this!!! I got home after a long 12 hour shift and couldn't even eat the salad, I have NO idea what type dressing it even was! I just moved to mid town, have always gone to the Cordova store......NEVER had this problem!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!

How disappointing. They must be way understaffed. The restaurant was not clean and it seemed like they had nobody to clean the tables. So we did it ourselves. Then the food arrived I never realized the cream of broccoli soup was a cold soup and a cold hot sandwich. This one needs some help

We just went through the drive thru, and we didn't get everything we ordered, straws, or a receipt. A manager came over with a whole attitude about pickle slices and refused to give us extra slices because it's a 'courtesy'. My sandwich was supposed to come with one but it did not. We've been coming here for years with no issues with pickle slices. The only thing that changed was her presence.

I travel for work and have tried around 20 locations around the US with this being the worst. Asked for olives, pickles and extra horseradish and pickled onions. horseradish and pickled onions are part of the sandwich build already. All were missing. Called manager (Chris something) and he said they could not do anything for me. Didn't want to either. Should disclose that they cannot make sandwich if missing half the ingredients before I pay and pick it up. Judging by how low the other reviews are(all locations under 4.2) and the lack of customers present, hopefully they will not be open much longer as they are an embarrassment to the Pnaera name.

The absolute sweetest employee’s as well as amazing service! The food is always good but this time I had to brag on the day manager - he helped carry my food to the table, checked on every table in the building & since it was raining, he even offered to walk us out to the car with his umbrella! Just an overall wonderful lunch experience.

My sandwich was cold and half done. Now my sandwich looks nothing like their advertisements. I had to wait 17 for my order and still get a cold sandwich. Their drive thru window is so nasty. The young lady that was taking orders was more interested in her phone than taking care of customers.

The restaurant is always clean. The staff always pleasant. I order online and it’s correct and on time. Just consistently excellent. - I go about once a week for lunch.
