My wife and I travel frequently and since we love to dine at Outback we try to find a hotel near an outback. We dined at this location and had our first bad experience. We left without eating as the attitude and service was horrible. The man sitting next to us waited over and hour for a salad to go. We will never stop here again. Bartender was drying drink glasses with his T shirt.

Went to eat at this outback today for supper. When we first walked in I went to the hostess stand. The hostess wasn’t there when I first walked up. When she walked up she looked straight past me and asked who was first. I told her I was so she sat me and my husband at a table in the bar area. When we sat down the table was dirty and the floor was very dirty. Crystal was our server and she was very attentive and nice. We had to ask for silverware. The first I opened had hair wrapped up in it. I ordered a Caesar salad with my steak meal and I had eaten half of it before I realized that there was part of a roach in it. I notified Crystal to cancel our order. They seemed to be short staffed which I understand but no excuse for the kitchen serving food with roaches in it.
The service was horrible, they did not ask if we wanted refills, the ribeye was rough and nothing but fat. The drinks were to strong and when asked for another drink she brung us the flavoring that comes in the drinks. Never offered us any to go plates!! And the outback Mac and cheese was runny. The loaded potatoe was just a potato withe stuff on top of it! Only thing that was good was the bread.
This was my first time eating there and I got it curbside to go. The order was ready 3 minutes ahead of time they brought it directly out to my car. The food was piping hot when I got home. The packaging of the food was also amazing all of the liquid items were wrapped so they didn't get other things wet. This was a great experience and the food was not bad at all.
Outback Steakhouse was great. The food was great and the service was too! The only downside was the wait. We waited for 30 minutes. However, it was a Sunday and they were running low on staff. The waiters were kind and understanding. I would not wish to discredit this fantastic restaurant!

Waiter started off good but that's about it. All the food came out cold. 2 steaks supposed to be cooked medium burnt on the outside raw on the inside.
This is the worst outback I have ever been too. I would love to see this store closed. The GM seems ok. Food being slung on the table. Coke flat burnt blooming Onion. Changing up waitress with telling you. I even had to send back my soup because of grease on it.
Had one of the most tender prime rib ever. Seasoned just right. Thick, juicy and delicious.
