A nice casual atmosphere, with some of the best pulled pork you'll find ANYWHERE.
The food and customer service was absolutely excellent!! Brandon was very kind! The young lady that was my server I believe her name is Treyah was so very sweet and on her job she did not miss a beat! Mr. AC thank you for speaking with me and allowing me to share with you about the experience I had at Only and One……EXCELLENT!!! I absolutely love supporting and coming to a restaurant that care about the customers! I will continue to come dine in or out and support One and Only on Perkins!
My husband and I decided to visit One & Only BBQ because they had a four star rating and the pictures made the food look delicious. I guess we should have looked more throughly at the reviews though, because apparently the other locations are far more better than the Perkins location we went to. We ordered the BBQ nachos with pork and cheese for a starter and it hardly had any meat, too much cheese (it looked like it had been sitting a while), we also both ordered burgers to play it safe and they were so plain and no flavor! I could have bought my own meat and made a better burger than that. Also, the starter and our meal came together as well, which I did not particularly like. Total disappointment, not to mention the tables were sticky, the floors were nasty, and the bathrooms were just plain disgusting. All and all it was NOT great (and this is putting it the nicest way possible), YUCK is the word that comes to my mind. I usually do not like to go full Karen and leave bad reviews because it’s bad for business’s and I try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt; sometimes places are busy, sometimes things happen that are out of our control but this was around lunch time before the rush came through and there was hardly any customers, so there was no excuse. I recommend if you want to try this restaurant go to another location!! Not Perkins. I should have snapped some pictures but was in a hurry to get out of there because I was sick from the food. Waste of $45. The waitress was nice though, so that was a positive!
The service was outstanding but the BBQ pork was dry and felt like it came straight out of the warmer! The brisket was chewy and tough. Banana pudding was on point! So service great desert great but BBQ disappointed me. Deviled eggs I could have made a meal out of!
Delicious bbq & Delectable service! Everyone was friendly and attentive, from our server, Rhonda, to the chef and manager and other folks who checked in on our satisfaction!
I come here often and order pulled chicken with beans and cole slaw I always request Rhonda she’s very excellent and Cameron is the manager they go above and beyond their expectation thank you for great service
From the welcome we received from our server Keisia, to the last bite, we felt like family! The twice baked potato salad was the best we have ever had. The sausage, smoked turkey, wet ribs, and the deviled eggs were also outstanding! We were too full to eat the banana pudding, so we took it to go, but I have to tell you we snuck a bite before we put it in our cooler and it tastes like "just one more bite" until it's gone. We will definately be back!
The waitress who served us (and honestly most of the dining room BY HERSELF) went above and beyond and gave us nothing but excellent, friendly service. My only regret was not getting her name so I could praise her properly. This is the 2nd One & Only I've been to and it's just as great food-wise as the other location. Definitely worth trying.
Our company orders large group lunch every other Friday. Being quick and accurate is just as important as the food on these days. This One and Only BBQ checks all the boxes in this case. Even on the rare occasion the order wasnt ready on the exact time. Alexis went above and beyond to get that order out fast and make sure everything was accounted for.
