We went to the one located on Germantown Pkwy.. We decided to dine on the patio because it was way too cold to dine inside. I probably would appreciate the cold air in the heart of summer but nit now! The waiter did a good job serving and it really didn't take long for them to bring out our food. My food looked and smelled good. I was about to take my first bite and lo and behold I saw a long blond string of hair in my plate. Of course I was devastated and had them to correct it. After this experience, it may be a while before I choose to dine at that location.
My fiance wanted some avocado fries that was on the menu and they told us after waiting 15 minutes that they didn't have avocado fries. When we got our food my fiance got some fajitas and they weren't what they ordered and didn't even have tortillas. My rice was dry and I also got a chicken tortilla soup and the soup was mostly tomatos and the menu did not say it had tomatoes in it, if I would have known that I wouldn't have gotten it. Will probably never come back. 100% do not recommend.
Stopped in here for late dinner on a Wednesday in April. It was a stormy evening and this place was dead inside. I think we were one of maybe 5 tables. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was good, but not great. I had the Ranchiladas which is sort of my go-to entree at On the Border. The steak was superb, but the enchiladas were sort of tough and chewy and just tasted old. Complimentary chips and salsa came with cold stale chips and that was a bummer.

My husband and I enjoyed dinner here last week. The Border Bowls were absolutely delicious! Better than that, we had the BEST server and definitely one of the best dining experiences in quite some time! Thank you, Brandon, for amazing service! I hope Management recognizes you for the true asset you are to this restaurant!
My God where do I start. Our margaritas did not taste like there was any alcohol in them. Our entree orders were completely wrong and there was no apology from our server. I understand that she was new but her customer service skills were very poor. The food was too salty with hardly any meat in the burrito. Our overall all experience was horrible and money wasted! Just giving them one star because I have no choice.
Well coming in for Dr visit in Memphis TN this is my go to place to eat and I have family here also. This visit was slow and long due to Mgr and one waitress working. Staffing was definitely short people of 4 or more decided to leave wait time 45 mins. Despite that our food was still delicious and enjoyable, tipped waitress accordingly. Hope it gets better ? the place is worth the wait.
We waited over 30 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated we were ignored. It took forever just to order our drinks. They only had 2 servers. They would devotd all of their attention on one table. Even when they checked on other tables, they always ignored us. Even the manager didn't seem to want to wait on us. We used to love coming here. Never again!
