My man and I came in here yesterday for dinner, the waitress was nice and the lasagna frittas was good. But every dish and silverware we had was dirty. We returned the plate to just get more dirty plates. Yall need a better dishwasher.

I took my best friend/sister out to dinner for her birthday while I was in town visiting. Our waiter Was Rod which was very attentive, kind and on point! Definitely recommend this location as it was very clean, food and service was amazing! But it gets better! I flew home to Florida on Sunday and on Monday went to pay at the grocery store and didn’t have my card and I realized in a panic I had left it in the card reader where I paid at the table. I spoke with John the GM there and he checked they had my cc and also had already reversed a transaction that went through on my card after I left. He also offered to fedex me my card without even allowing me to pay him for shipping. What an amazing blessing! I’m soo thankful for his kindness and promptness in mailing my card back to Florida! Thank you Thank you! I definitely recommend this Olive Garden to anyone looking for an enjoyable dinner out with amazing food and service!
Food was good. Host was rude. Don't know if it's because she's in a walking boot, but no enthusiastic hello. Got sat the bartender Abi was our server, she was very nice, brought the wrong soup and forgot our wine until we asked for it but over all it was good.
We stop in at one of these locations at least once a year. This time it was for a birthday, with about 6 people. We found the offerings to still be delicious. For appetizers, we of course had to have Calamari, others ordered Lasagna Fritta and Shrimp Fritto Misto - all excellent. I had the Zuppa Toscana - great tasting. Entrees included Tour of Italy (Chicken Parm, Lasagna, and Fettuccine Alfredo), Chicken Parmigiana - wonderful, Stuffed shells - all pronounced wonderful/excellent. Too stuffed for dessert! The service was fair, the wait for seating OK, though we'd go more often if they accepted reservations.
Bartlett location near Wolfchase MallVery horrible experience this afternoon. First my husband's lemonade was very water down. It taste like water with a light hint of lemon. My husband food appeared to have been over cooked, parts of the noodle were hard. The bread ends were hard as of they heated it in the microwave for too long. And my child's fries weren't cooked completely. They were still partially very firm, and his noodles were hard. I actually sent his plate back.The worse experience every.
We had a gathering for my mother's 90th birthday. There were 19 guests. Our server was awesome. She was prompt with refills without us having to ask. She was super nice. Our food was fresh and tastes great! Thank you, Olive Garden, for a great time with family!!
Food was hot and delicious. Order was timely. Definitely will be doing take out again with them. Order was correct which is always wonderful.
Olive Garden is by far, my favorite restaurant! The service , atmosphere and food are consistently amazing everytime I have been there. Great job!
The food is still decent here. However, the wait time for orders placed online to go are extremely long, especially on the weekends. Just place your oder early and be prepared to wait.
