My wife and I were welcomed into the restaurant by the first employee that saw us. The service was great and our server was awesome. The food was great and was prepared just like we asked. I always felt good about our visits to Olive Garden, but this time they were on another level.....keep up the amazing service and food.
We came here for the ribs and we weren't disappointed. I also enjoyed my wings, and I'm happy they have key lime. And shout-out to their staff Mr. Chris, he was very entertaining, funny, and accommodating.sorry that we spent a lot of time sitting and chatting after eating, we enjoyed the place and food that we forgot about the time. Very satisfying. Highly recommended
This is the most ghetto place ever. Created an online order that estimates 35 min to pick up. Waited over an hour. No food. Requested a refund and several employees hung up in my face after having me on hold for about 20 min each time. After about 12 calls. Manager Marilyn claims to have processed refund. I ask for district manager information. She hung up on me as well. All recorded and I have sent recordings to corporate. This is ridiculous I certainly understand covid and skeleton crew but to be rude when I ask for my money back is unacceptable
Eaten here twice. First was a to go order -which was good. Second time my hubby and I dined in. It was about a 30min wait on a Wednesday. No matter the wait because the gentlemen working the bar that night made a stiff Jack'n Coke that saw me through till our table was ready. Another good meal with yummy salad.
Ordering online was AWESOMENESS,.Staff call me back for clarification within 1 minute.Oder was Hot and pack perfect professionally. Delivery person ,he had a great attitude and was very professional.
If I could give a zero I would. This location let us down. And we weren’t the only customers who felt that way. Our server was Steve (Steven) and I love the soup salad and breadsticks! It’s why I go. I only got one bowl of soup and once the salad came out I had to ask for cheese and We never got refills and my fiancé drink was taken for a refill and I had to get up to go ask for it! Very disappointed with one of my faves
Olive Garden is not the same as it use to be. I went for an early dinner. First thing the smell inside this location has a smell to it that is not inviting at all I know they deal with different cheese and stuff but the restaurant has an odor like it’s not being cleaned well. Second my salad had brown pieces of lettuce and my chicken gnocchi soup was not really hot as it should be. My waitress was nice but slow to refill any items. I got the unlimited soup and salad. She did make suggestions and other offers. I was seated in a section where they were conducting interviews I didn’t like that much I could hear the conversations plus I feel like they should have conducted it in an area where there was not gonna be customer seating. This place just need to be revamped and CLEANED.
The ambiance was superb! We ordered the Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Scampi w/sausage and the Giant Cheese Stuffed Shells w/scampi. Our waitress Ashley was very attentive to our needs.
Good food, good price. The staff was friendly but not efficient. You could tell that the staff were all mostly new hires. I give them an A for effort and a D for keeping up with their own personal conversations when they have customers trying to get their attention.
Our server Antonio K. was absolutely wonderful. Great attention to detail on everything. Super polite and friendly as well as quick. Food was better than other locations we have visited lately, we love Olive Garden! Again server Antonio k was great
