I’ve been to many olive gardens and never left a review, but the waitress at this specific location was so kind I just had to let others know! I ordered over the phone and went to go pick it up. I got everything I ordered, I really appreciate this because im vegan and want to make sure my food doesn’t have animal products on it. The girl giving me my food was so kind and nice to me, it really made my day! My only issue was that my pasta didn’t have much sauce on it, it tastes fine, but just didn’t have enough sauce like it would if you ordered in restaurant.

Awfully service! We waited around 1:30 minutes for the food. Every soup refill around 30 minutes! And to wait the change back was around 30 minutes. Not was busy. We notice poorly training and delegation in the service, because the waitress was in charge of a lot tables! The entree Shrimp with bell peppers was awful! Was around 4 shrimps in the plate and bunch of bell peppers. We don't recommend this restaurant, was waist of time and money.

Came with a party of six today and it was very good. While all of the seating wasn’t open, the service by our waitress was quality. Arriving a few minutes after 11am on a Friday there was a 10 minute wait, but compared to other places that wasn’t bad at all. Can’t speak as whether the service here is alway this good, but today they did good by me. Enjoy.

Worst experience ever!! The busboy was aggressive and rude! Throwing his hands everywhere, throwing his towel. There are no excuses for being aggressive and rude with customers! He was also aggressive with the host! I have never been this upset about service..... the manager was no help. I go here almost 3 to 5 times a month but after this never again!

I was truly upset about this visit. It took over 15 minutes before our server approached the table. The first round of bread sticks were hard and the salad was missing the fixings. My mothers chicken was over cooked in her dish. Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant but this location would definitely make you second guess that.

Food was great. The wine choice was perfect.. Our server with the pretty nails was the greatest! I don't think I can give her name, but you'll know who's she is.

We had a great time. Porscha was excellent. We went on a Friday night and had no wait and fast service. The food was great. Our only complaint was that there was not enough sauce the ravioli. Otherwise it was a great dinner and I want to come back again.

Me and three of my friends went LAST NIGHT and the food was pretty bad the service was terrible.I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning because I have been on the toilet ever since last night (sorry TMI)Our waitress came to our table probably four times and that was either to take our order, give us out food, or give us our check.I live by the moto "if they can't keep my glass full they they don't get a tip"And see I would understand if they were busy and she had alot of tables...BUT SHE DIDNT.there was barely anyone in there and there were many servers. When it was time for out check we had to get a different waiter to go get out waitress because she was no where to be found. We left her a 2 dollar tip, I hate leaving that low of a tip but she barely deserves what she got.The other olive garden over on stage is AMAZING!!!! But the one on poplar is terrible -100/10 I will never have again

The hosts at the front door, was very childish. Laughing out loud, talking loud also. Playing with they phones.

I have been coming to this location for years now and the food is always consistently good, the servers are 95% of the time prompt, kind and generous with the extra sauces and such and the restaurant is always clean.
