Dylan S. Was amazing! Amazing hotel and great valet service. He opened my car door and was exceptional through my entire stay. He was always up for a conversation when I would go outside to smoke and had the best attitude!
Dylan Smith provided great service and was very prompt every time I requested my vehicle. The valet's attitudes were great too. Very professional, courteous, and polite. They were by far the best part of the stay. Great Job!! I would definitely recommend using the valet service!!

Great valet service from Dylan, David P., and Arthur H. at Moxy Memphis Downtown. They were very attentive and friendly. Can’t complain one bit about the service I received from these three gentlemen! Keep up the good work!!
In a safe, convenient, well-lit court of hotels. I lucked out and got good onsite parking, but there are a couple of nearby parking garages as well. I’ve stayed at several moxy hotels and this one is on brand. Hip, open, fun common spaces. The bar area here is a little crowded and merged with the check-in desk, but that’s ok. Functions just fine. The check in staff (I think he said he name was Mac, but I could have made that up—it was late) was fantastic. Fun, energetic, dressed in sparkles. Perfect welcome I needed after a long drive. Room is standard style, and based on being functional, but I reserved a corner room, so more space. As with all Marriott hotels, streaming offered on site. My room was on the courtyard side, so quiet at night. Blackout curtains aren’t great, but I travel with a sleep mask anyway. Recommended spot. Just a mile or two from all the attractions and near restaurants.
Great experience. Staff was great . Loved the bar as soon as you enter the lobby . Pet friendly a big plus. Only wish the rooms had a mini fridge, but that's my only complaint.. games in lobby, nice patio out back to watch the trolly go by. Very happy 2 night stay.
This place was nice but the room was so tiny. Lots of games in the lobby, a very tasty bar, and great atmosphere.I really didn't like that they made me valet park my car and when I discovered I forgot something in it, it was quite an effort to go get to it because it was parked so far away.If I were single or just a couple, I'd give this 5 stars but as a family of 4, it's just too small.
Such a cute and fun little spot!! Even tho the rooms are a little on the smaller side, it was a great place to stay. Would recommend the 2 bed rooms for 2 adults. Beds are full, not queen. (As some hotels list as full, but are actually queen).
More of a 4.5 / 5 experience. Yes, the rooms are small and minimalistic, but there are hidden places to store things and a lot of hooks on which to hang things.The lobby and bar area is great; it's kept clean and there are a lot of games and activities strewn about. Valet was quick and parked just right out front of the hotel.The back entrance is right up next to the trolley line and is a great walking street as well. Pretty easy access to touristy areas and a lot of restaurants.Overall I would definitely recommend this location and I would stay here again. Perfect for a long weekend away.
Imma start by saying this hotel was cute and quaint.. we had the smaller king but it was spacious enough to not feel uncomfortable! I love the location we were in walking distance to everything! But what I would say is don't leave nothing in you car because valet definitely have sticky fingers my brand new Samsung ear buds were stolen out my car.. But besides that I love the moxy hotels!
