Do not order from this place they do not care what they put out. I ordered make it 2, half sandwich and cup of broccoli soup. The bread was old it was so dark I was afraid to eat it, they put Mayo could have been butter no sauerkraut it was just awful, threw bread away, the broccoli cheese soup taste burnt…yuk. Hire PEOPLE that take pride in the work instead of just wanting a paycheck.
Been going here for awhile…never had any problems. I order some broccoli with my meal. It comes out dark and not fresh. I asked to get another and it comes out the same way. Only hotter. The girls at the front desk were laughing amongst themselves like it was funny. Manager just kinda have a look when I had to return food. After a 3rd attempt it’s looks a lot better. Will more than likely b my last time at this location specifically. Never seen people who laugh at unsatisfactory food.
The staff are always friendly and my orders, even when they are large, are always ready on time! I definitely recommend this location.
They are so busy but the line moved very fast and our orders came very fast.Negative part was our order was wrong and had to call manager over to correct it. He did get it right.
Okay I haven’t eaten at McAlister’s Deli in over 10 years. I think the quality of food has suffered a bit, but overall it was pretty tasty. The potato soup tasted like canned soup
Has been better. Service was okay. Food was fair. My wife's sandwich was missing the guacamole on hers. Restuarant smelled musty. Cleaning supplies were sitting out on a table. Many of the tables needed wiping. Seemed to be short handed. Like a lot of businesses, still missing the necessary help.
I tried the yummy Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey sandwich. The carrot cake was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This was the perfect lifesaver. Out shopping on a Saturday...all fine dining lines were hours long. We were able to dip in here for some hot soup and sandwiches, spuds, and nachos. Plenty of options for vegetarian diet as well.
This place has gotten too pricey for what it is. I won't be returning as there are better sandwich places at the same price point. Food is ok, but nothing special. A soda will set you back almost $4. It's counter service, but they request tips when checking out before you have had a chance to even get your food.
Arrived at 6:35 pm because we have not been in awhile and because we noticed people dining in. Walked up to the counter to place an order to dine in only to be told dining in was now closed. That we could get a to go order. I looked around at the 5 tables that had patrons dining and asked how are those people allowed to dine in. I was informed they ordered before the cut off which I did not see posted anywhere. I had not eaten there since the pandemic started and after that experience I probably will never return.
