I went to mcalisters today around 1:00. To my surprise the line was extremely long for a sunday. As I made it to the front, i realized that there was only one person working upfront. I witnessed her take orders, make drinks, bag orders, then change gloves to deliver food to the tables. She did this with a smile despite being there solo.This person 's name was Tamara and she was nothing short of AMAZING!! I was so impressed at how she handled herself that I left to go get a nice cash tip. When I returned another customer had brought her starbucks cause he too was impressed with her. Mcalisters should definitely reward her..she's a [email protected] You!!!!

My order however is fine, I did use a card that I didn’t want to use and it created a weird environment in the restaurant. As walking in and telling the staff I had a pick up order, the restaurant was so quiet and everyone looking at me along with the employee yelling at the manager that I have arrived. On top of all that manager being rude to me as if he was making a judgement towards me and along with everyone else. I however don’t usually review but this was a really uncomfortable situation and handled very poorly by the staff

So good!!! Back again and very delicious!! We thoroughly enjoyed our food and absolutely wonderful customer service. Special shout outs to Tam, Melvin, and Jerome! ?

We all ordered from an office under different names. My coworkers didn’t get their drink, wrong chips, burnt bread, and my salad had no dressing. Basically everyone in our office had something wrong or missing from their order. When we got on the phone with someone that said that they didn’t believe us and it was all our faults. The staff was completely rude over the phone trying to end the call as soon as possible. We were trying to be respectful just trying to make our order right.

Amazing customer service and very quick food release times. Fresh and ready to be eaten.

I ordered 11 box sandwiches off the catering menu to feed a basketball team. Only received 12 quarters of a sandwich on a platter. Called and spoke with the general manager David and informed him about the issue. He told me that he apologize and asked the name of the school, address and what time we where feeding the team. I gave him the address and time. He then told me that he would personally bring the sandwiches. Well that never happened and he didn’t reach back out either. Beware of what you pay for because spending over a hundred dollars you would think that they will get it right. “Want to thank Subway on Madison for coming through on a short notice and making sure the team was feed.”

Nobody was wearing a mask, and the cashier was very clearly under the influence - slurring her words, getting orders wrong (double charged one person, listened to but didn't enter another person's order multiple times), not standing up straight. when we walked in she was slumped over at a dirty table, and we should have left then. I should have asked for a refund after the first time my order was messed up, too. After thinking about it, I won't be eating the food - I don't trust it to be safe to eat from such an unclean establishment.

The one star is for the cashier. I would have given zero if not for her. Spent over $30.00 and couldn’t eat my sandwich. They were out of grilled chicken and charged me for the substitute $2.75 for the other sandwich. The manager was tattooed up from head to toe and definitely had a don’t care attitude. Gross .

I am not a customer, but I am a DoorDasher sometimes when I am bored and could use a treat for myself. In my 4 years of on/off food delivery work, I have NEVER seen a chain so mismanaged. I worked in fast food a few years ago, so I understand the struggle and am not here to complain about the people on cash or running food. I was in the store for 45 minutes before I finally got my customer's food. I was constantly back and forth apologizing to the customer via the app, and the poor front of house person was feeling my stress and it only made things worse. Idk who runs this location, but honey,... come on.

The staff was nice and the atmosphere mellow but it’s good to see people enjoying it. Met the manager who took my order, the surprise was he greeted me before I even knew where the counter was. I came for the NACHOS‼️
