Loved being at Max's Sports Bar! Visiting from Los Angeles, just stumbled upon it. For a bar, the food was so good. The drinks were top shelf and generous. Will be beack before going back home.
First and foremost: Not a sports bar, unless a sports bar is a claustrophobic room with two 20” televisions. I see reviews describing the ‘local feel’ and I can tell you as a local, this is about as far from Memphis as you can get. Go anywhere North of here for that; truly.
Bbq nachos here are great, and overall just a fun little hole in the wall
