Slow but very good food

Food is usually good. But today I received an order of molded cinnamon squares. I called to advise them, and they wouldn't acknowledge or even apologize . I didn't want money back or free food, just to warn them to Check other orders. oh well, food is good just check your order before you eat.

The food was not prepared the way that I order. Once before I order there and this was not the way or the amount i was so disappointed. If people dont like their job please find something elsewhere.

Good pizza but usually a long wait. They seem short staffed every time I go.

WOW! We have some good pizza places back home, but Marco's was exceptional! My kids can be picky, and they both said it was really good. Very flavorful. Highly recommend.

I love Marco's pizza. I usually order delivery but for the first time I ordered inside. The staff were friendly, though they looked tired. The pizza is usually always tasty. I like that it's not too oily. It has become my favorite pizza place.

This is the last order I place with Marco's. If you can't make a pizza as it is ordered...then don't be in business. I didn't receive half of the add-on sauces that I paid for, and my pizza crust tipper was missing. Also, this is the third time I ordered a thick crust pizza...and got a thin floppy pizza...

For starters, I was placed on hold for twenty minutes before I hung up and called back. I finally got the order placed. I was told I would receive it in around 57 minutes. I called back 1 hour and 30 minutes later and was told it’s coming. Twenty minutes later I called back and the manager answered. I was apologized to and told the driver was about to leave with it. The driver apologized when he arrived and said the other driver neglected to bring my order, so it just sat there. After he left I opened the pizza box to find a cold pizza with a 4” crust around the edge and had sat so long that the bottom was stuck to the box. I called back and was given the run around, so I asked for the manager. The manager offered to make thing right and send a fresh pizza to me. An hour and a half later I’m realizing that the replacement pizza isn’t coming. I’d like to call back again just to see what they say this time, but I guess it’s probably best to bid Marco’s farewell. Way to go and thanks for nothing!

I was about to become a new, frequent customer, but when I went to order a pie for myself they tacked on a $5 delivery charge. I can see where that would be acceptable if I was placing an order for my entire team, but this $11.99 pizza just became a $30 pizza when you factor in the fees and then the additional tip for the driver. These little fees to cover unanticipated costs need to end. I recognize some expenses have gone up, but just like a raise in taxes for businesses, the costs are paid by the consumer. However, when taxes and fees make up more than 50% of the initial cost you've gone too far. Guess I won't be ordering for myself on a weekly basis or my team on a frequent basis as either.

I love the pizzas. I visited for the second time. My experience was great again. The cashier was pleasant and very helpful with my menu questions. Will definitely visit again!
