Stopped in on Saturday afternoon. Not super busy but they had a limited menu do to lack of.kitchen staff ( totally cool with this) Service was ok could have been a bit more on top ( aka take dirty dishes away). Would try again my companions said the other location is good.
Well I wasn't going g to leave a review here until the karoke host Brad decided to flat out lie about his rudeness at a karaoke show we attended. I gave it a two because the first host was amazing. I thought the owner appreciated my feedback but seems after, Brad posted the owner thought things were funny. If in Memphis please find another karaoke venue this guy has no respect for customers.
SCAM AlertWent there on Friday evening after our drive into Memphis. It was just the two of us and our waitress who appeared the least interested in her job, walked over and hurriedly put in our order. We ordered the hummus. Few minutes later she informed us the hummus is "frozen" and cannot be servedWe ordered food and drinks. When the check came we noticed the 20% gratuity was pre-added. Now, I know establishments add a gratuity for groups, but it was just us and it was not mentioned on the menus we were given. We might have given an equal (or lesser due to poor service), but the way they slid into the check was scammy. On top of it, once we gave the card, the amount CHANGED again. They added credit card fees, from us. This was not again mentioned and which sit-down restaurant charges credit card feesVery scammy. I need a refund!
I was celebrating my birthday with a show at the Orpheum and decided to stop here for a quick bite and drink before the show. We walked in and asked the bartender if we could sit on the patio. She said yes and someone would be with us in minute. So we wait outside and no one came. Went back in and ordered drinks at the bar to take outside and asked if we could order some food. No one ever came to take our order. FAIL! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.They weren't even busy. Terrible service.
Best food ever. The chef knows what he is doing! Peanut butter and jelly wings? Yes please! Such a great and fun atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
This was definitely a hidden jewel and the atmosphere was nice. The bartender was amazing! This is most definitely a go to spot.
Went to watch the game and have a bite to eat. Ordered my drink and food, after about 20 minutes the bartender Jennifer comes up to me and asked why didn't I say something when she called my name?Mind you she called my last name and was screaming across the restaurant, I was at the bar. I was very confused I explained I had no idea she was calling me as my first name is Michael and she served everyone else their food. She then began to argue with me to which I explained you served EVERYONE else besides me, and I'm sitting right in front of you, she then exclaimed "just eat your food". From this point forward the service grew worse.I witnessed her argue with several patrons after she messed up their orders and she completely ignored me when I asked for a second beer, twice. At this point I asked for my check and saw the gratuity was included at 20%, now everything made sense.I asked someone who was sitting next to me is this normal and they said "yes after 8:30, beware because the service gets worse and they don't care because tip is included"Save yourself the hassle and don't go.
This is a great spot to grab a drink before catching a show downtown. The location is good and people watching on Main is always fun. The food was great. I liked the tuna tacos and lobster mac & cheese!
I usually go here for drinks, the bartenders are always on point and the drinks are so good. Nice atmosphere to try a new cocktail if you're feeling adventurous.
Food was amazing, we ordered shrimp and chicken wings. The shrimp was a little spicy but very plump and good. The atmosphere was great but not for dining. Me and my boyfriend sat at the bar and right away we're bombarded with frat guys and people ordering drinks at the bar, bumping into me left and right. Drinks are overpriced, and for the amount of food you get. I'd say that's overpriced as well.Skeeball and darts were fun! And free! Even though skeeball was broken.There was also only 1 bartender upstairs. Poor woman was working her butt off to get everyone's order. I think some people were turned off by the wait. Good thing is they stay open late!!
