Nice, clean location, courteous staff, and quick service. Got a Philly cheeseteak and Deluxe Club, both of which were loaded with meat and the vegetables were fresh. Can't really ask for much more.
Hard bread!!! Tried calling because i have already made it back to work and no one will pick up the phone. I’ve called over 5 times to speak with someone about my order being that i had already waited a long time to get my sandwich
Very friendly staff and food was great. When they found out my 2 year old likes olives they brought over a cup full for him.
Kina, the manager is very nice! She made my sandwich and it was probably the best one I’ve ever had from any Lenny’s I’ve ever been to! Thanks a bunch and keep up the good work!
I’m only giving 2 stars because I ordered a Chicken Philly on my lunch break, I get back to work to eat it & I open it up & I have a Philly cheesesteak “not chicken” so I check my receipt & obviously it says chicken. I call up there 4 times, finally someone answers the phone & I proceeded to tell the young lady the problem & she hangs up on me. I call back & different lady answers the phone which is the lady that took my order “Gabby” she was really nice & offered to make me another one if I bring it back up there. But because I was on my lunch break, I didn’t have time to come back up there so I ate it anyway. Sandwich was good, it just wasn’t what I ordered or what I wanted.
This location is amazing and I love how everyone work together as a team to prepare my lovely tuna sandwich even though I had a lot of stuff On my sandwich it was a perfect mess and I enjoyed it! I’m really surprised how that tuna taste, very fresh with flavor THANK YOU YABBY for my complicated sandwich you made it with love ❤️!
Do NOT order from the Poplar-Humes location. EVER. Online catering ordered and paid for a week in advance never delivered. No answer on call number despite 20+ attempts.Update: Finally able to get someone on the phone only to be told that the restaurant was waiting on Doordash to pickup our order (Lenny's uses the service for delivery) and apparently were just content to let it sit despite the order being 40 mins late. Spoke with very lovely woman named Makena who is their only saving grace. She took initiative and decided to bring the order instead of Doordash.Update2- order delivered finally at 2pm. An hour late. Again, only thanks to Makena.
