The steak sub was really. I wasn't happy with the employees were dressed.
Todays wait time was beyond uncalled for… you had one employee on the phone fixing sandwiches.. one employee wearing a backpack fixing sandwiches… people in the back playing when the lady on the phone asked them what was taking so long, they were playing and laughing.. give a class on customer service. The food is always good. But the wait time was beyond ridiculous.
This location, I hate to say but it sucks. The last 3 times have been awful. 1st time they only 2 sandwiches to choose from, 2nd time , I was told (very rudely) they were not taking in person orders, call in only, 3rd time (today) I ordered a #5 deluxe club and got a very dry turkey instead. I'm afraid 3 strikes and you are out. This location is very convenient for me but I will not return any time soon.
It was great! Atmosphere was fun! Though there was a dumb car with anime characters on it, though that’s not the locations fault

The young lady that fixed my sandwich today this is how I like them... No-one can fix it like she did today... Excellent job young lady.
This is our first time visiting this establishment from California. The food is excellent. The Philly steak is tender and seasoned really good. The hot Italian sub is superb. I do recommend the establishment that's located in the Memphis, TN Airport. We will be back again in July 2022. Look forward for the red carpet to be rolled out. Lol.
I like Lenny's a lot but this location stands head and shoulders above all others. Great service and fantastic sandwiches.
I went to Lenny’s on my lunch break and when I walked in no one said anything to me. I stood at the register to place my order for 5 mins. Finally another customer said you have to place your order online they will not take your order. So I did that. Many customers came in after me and one was able to get his order taken. He got his food before me. This was horrible customer service and my food was not made correctly. I don’t recommend this Lenny’s at all. They don’t care about what they are making or taking care of their customers. It’s sad
I am very pleased with the staff change at this location. I’m a frequent eater of the Chicken Philly but recently in the last months I haven’t been due to the dryness and lack of taste. However, the chef named Steve at this location completely changed the game with the sandwich. It was cooked perfectly with a lot of moisture and superb seasoning. The man deserves a raise because about 10 of my friends stopped eating here due to horrible experiences but will be returning soon.Update: Decided to go on a Sunday when Steve wasn’t here and the sandwich cooked by the other chef was horrible. Dried and no taste at all. Steve needs to teach the other chefs how to cook a Philly as well as he does.
