This location is under much needed renovation and new management and I frequent here often. Prices have gone up but you know you pay for what you want and I have no problem with that. The new management (Kayla) has apparently adopted the "the only way I can address and issue with your food is to bring it back" option. If my food was fixed correctly when I ordered it I wouldn't have to call and complain! My Sandwich was the worst I've ever received. I called the store to let them know and was asked if I wanted to bring it back (after getting back to work) of course I said no and I was told well there's nothing that I can do about it and told that they could give me 10 percent off my next visit and I politely told her no thank and I will not be coming back. How dare you treat me like I was lying or I did something wrong to you! I will not be patronizing this location anymore!

I stopped by the other day for a quick bite and there was no line, no wait. The employees were so nice and friendly. They made my sandwich so quickly and the sandwich was fresh like no other. Every ingredient was fresh, the tomatoes seemed like they came fresh from the garden- the turkey was good and the sandwich was so tasty. I truly was satisfied!
had a great experience today at the store they went over and beyond with detail brought me my sandwich and noticed I did not have nothing to drink and offered to get me a cup of water and brought it to me way to go the lady that waited on me did a great job
wrong order, why was their so much mayo and avocado on top of the bread and on the wrapper? The sandwich was....... Chile I'm devastated how can you mess up a cold cut that bad
This is the only Lenny’s close to my site and sad to say they always disappoint me every time. I never get what I order when it comes to condiments. You shouldn’t be listening to me and still working on remembering the other person order. Look at my receipt and follow the condiments I want on my sub. It’s not hard. This location is black owned , yet they constantly argue about workers coming in or duties in general. Today 08/30 I go in a they completely screwed my order and lady in front of me order up. Nothing I wanted on my sub was on it and it just looks gross in there. My roast beef was old and had a smell so I probably won’t be back ever. Last time ever.BEST Lennys is Bartlett hands down. Fully staffed and always busy .
