I come here on my lunch break every other day. The staff is always nice. Restaurant is always clean and my food is ALWAYS fresh and made in a timely manner. 5 stars for this Lenny’s location

Lenny's is one of my favorite places to eat. The chicken philly"s are A1‼️? The bathroom was terrible at this store. I almost asked for a refund. Made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen ??
They're ok, but you can't call in anymore because no one answers the phone. Slow service.
Has to be one of the worst sandwich shops to go to. They never open on time and they somehow never have a cashier.

I suspect this is a family owned Lenny’s and they have family and friends working for them, which explains the bad customer service and disorganization at this location. When family and friends work for you there is little to no accountability for certain types of behavior, but I could be wrong. This just may be a super ghetto location. Anyway, their saving grace is the hot food. I’ve gotten the Philly steak at several different Lenny’s locations but the one here is by far the best and I am unsure why, but anytime I crave one I go to this location and I am never disappointed in the level of deliciousness.

I picked up an order for a family member, I didn't actually eat the food but the service was great on this night!
The customer service and food was phenomenal! Shay and Eric made sure my order was correct and assisted with this large order when needed. They were most helpful and had such good attitudes. I will return and hope I can encounter them and their service again!!!
