Went there today for lunch and the prices were considerably higher. There was a bone in my soup. Also I ordered the side of cheese dip and the waiter stated no chips came with it. Considering they have now put a 1 basket limit on chips and salsa this was very disappointing ( there was 3 people at my table). I will not be returning as I feel this is just ridiculous.

We were seated and waited/waited for anyone to come….. all the while watching another waitress deliver excellent service (Alisa). Our waitress (Sonia) could hardly utter a word in answer to questions once she finally showed up- , walked past us multiple times offering no refills or asking if we needed anything. Other customers rolling their eyes over her service. Table across from us asked about tacos- how big are they and she said she’d didn’t know! Menu recently changed- they asked about guacamole sizes - she acted like she didn’t know or care. This person needs to go home or really be fired. She will kill your return business. What a horrible experience. Ughhhhhhhhh.

I did take out from the restaurant. If I was only reviewing the quality of the food and service, I would have given it a strong 4 stars! The food was EXCELLENT!!! However, their actual prices were a lot higher (25-30%) than the common sites customers use such as Google, Yelp, and others. This promotes a feeling of deception when you call to place an order for pickup and expect a certain price only to find out it's a lot higher. That is just not right and needs to be fixed! All the restaurant manager could say was he doesn't have any control over "other" sites. See the pictures below...one is from Google (Enchlladas at $9.15) and one from the restaurant in store menu (Enchiladas at $11.44).

The burritos and quesadillas are great! They have the best ceviche in town, always fresh.I don't trust it anywhere else!

Good food at affordable prices. One of my favorite spots to get fresh guacamole and chips. The salsa is good too. Great place to feed a family on a budget.

One of our favorite restaurants in Memphis. The food is always amazing. We love the alambres and guacamole but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The prices are ridiculously cheap. But the best part is the service. Ask for Tony. He is literally the best waiter in Memphis. He will remember your order every time after eating there once. You will compare every server to Tony after experiencing the level of service he provides.

Food was outstanding, best guacamole and fajitas. Along with a mango margarita. They use bar codes for the menu, so not touch. Staff was outstanding. Salsa and homemade chips incredible. One downside no crunchy tacos.

The food was great. Even though it appeared there was a long waiting line, we were seated relatively quick. Definitely a great place for Mexican style food.

I love coming here for pitchers of margaritas! The staff are always extremely nice and the food is good.

The chips and salsa are amazing. EVERYTHING else sucked a big one. Was slow as a turtle, fajita were cold and had zero seasoning. Service was beyond terrible. They said they were short-staffed but no one seemed to be in a hurry . We waited for over an hour to be served. It took 30 mins to take our order. I asked for a to go box because I had eaten so many chips that I was not hungry by the time I got my food. The food was so bad that I decided just to leave the to go box there on the table. I took two small bites but it was so bad that I just couldn't eat it. The meat was tough. Anyway, needless to say, I won't be going back unless I only want to have chips and a margaritas bc they were great.
