Sunday 5/29/22 went to this location and sat in line for a total of 15 mins. 5 mins getting to order sign and additional 10 mins to give order. They were only taking a car at a time. Understanding about short staffing these daysMy problem was when the young man came on the intercom, he first stated you needed exact change, or pay with a credit or debit card ..okay but then he went on to list many things that we couldn't order due to it not being available. I sat 15 mins and couldn't order what I came forPlease fast food restaurants, let's go back to good customer service. Let's teach these young people to be proactive rather than reactive. If a sign was post or you order menu Marquee, people could decide if the wanted something else or not. That was really poor customer service for this business. I asked the young man for the manager's name, I could tell he was sad that I asked and I told him I'm not blaming him but change needs to happen. He stated the manager's name is Michaela (maybe in correct spelling) I told him I would be calling to complain so I'm doing this online complaint for Krystal's headquarters hopefully we'll get it and I will be calling Michaela.It is so annoying to waste your time that way

The food was burnt!! I ordered a biscuit, side of bacon, and cup of grits. The young lady asked if I wanted just a plan biscuit and I told yes. She asked no meat, no eggs? Yes no meat, no eggs, nothing. So just a plain biscuit? Yes, a plain biscuit ma'am. Thank you. So, my biscuit has the burnt bacon in between it, constructed like a bacon biscuit, which I did not ask for. The biscuit was for someone who does not eat pork! Not only was my bacon burnt but I'm guessing because they was giving so much attitude today they served everyone burnt biscuits as well! I had to throw everything away when I got to work. It was beyond edible! And the grits were Farina!! Not a fan of Farina at all.

Employee refuses my to take my order at 10:15 at night even though the're 24 hours. The response that I got from a teenager was that they were doing shift change and he was off work because his relief wasn't there. I'm never visiting this entire franchise again for poor training and management. I will be relating this failure of supervision to everyone I know

Organization is not happening here. There was a lot of confusion in the back and it’s almost like the girl at the counter was on her first day and everyone just threw her to the wolves. I am giving her props because she handled it all with a smile and kindness. I hope she has good luck and that she figures it out because I don’t think there is much of that teamwork happening at this location.

A typical Krystal, the fast food chain. Usually I’m not a very fond of them, except the wings. I picked some little sliders ( pack of three), and 6 spicy wings. The staff taking drive through order got an initial difficulty to understand the order, but that’s understandable as I have an international accent. I had to wait for a while as they were frying the wings. I got the food, piping hot. The sliders/ small sandwiches are pretty mediocre and fry, as expected. Those look tiny but quite heavy. I couldn’t finish all of them. The wings were good. Overall, it was decent. I recommend you to stop by.

Sadly we might NOT ever come back from the pandemic mentality…Getting paid more for NOT working. I came to this location on break 3/27/2022 drove up to the speaker and a male voice simply said “we not taking orders” my response “ you said you’re NOT taking orders?” His respond “We NOT” I said “oh why not” he never said anything else. This is just sad, but it’s a lesson learned…

Runny grits. It’s like they tried to stretch it. Bo rather u just say no grits.Uncooked or spoiled bacon.Slow line.The lady at window was really nice. But the food was terrible. Couldn’t even eat it.Saturday 3/26

Employee was eating with her bare hands & directly from the fries. No one(who prepared food) wore masks nor gloves.Not a clean store At All! The cashier was pleasant but, still a Sanitary Culprit herself.No more "Big K" for me!

They would not take my order. They act like they don't want business and scare customers away unless your one of their people then you might eat for free. I see these places Go Out of Business all the time!! I want to eat there but NO! And its new building!!

Krystal should really stick to what they are known for...tried their Country Fried Sandwich which was terrible. The service wait time for drive thru was over 20 min with only 4 cars ahead.
