Decent location to get groceries and such but I highly recommend that you don't come here to pick up prescriptions. Wait times to pick up prescriptions are absurdly long and sometimes they fail to properly notify you when your prescriptions are ready.
The pharmacy never answers the phone. It is ridiculous. Someone from inside the store answered the phone and stated they did not know the pharmacy number and said they would transfer me. The phone rang and rang and then hung up. Unprofessional and sad.
Pharmacy will answer then put you on hold come back and not answering convo with other employee then hanging up not answering numerous calls on this day.
The money center close early often and it shows me that Kroger is unreliable and doesn’t care about its customers. Many times I have came to store 488 and the money center is close I wonder as a organization do they care about their customers. They are very unorganized with poor planning I don’t recommend Kroger and will have to start going to other stores that properly staff their business with qualified employees.
Grocery store is great but this is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve had to deal with. I always try to call my prescription pickup hours before I come, yet every time I get here I have to wait an hour for it to be prepared.I’m currently in the parking lot waiting for them to be ready. They said it’d be ready on arrival yet ive been sitting here for an hour and a half. One of the interns tried telling me they were closing at 8 and it’s 7:20…So what? I was here hours ago!!
Lets be clear,I am black!I hate going to black places, reason being the customer service is terrible. Thats the case here! Being forgetful left my case of water on my cart, forgot to get it off the cart. Realize I let it went back to get, black lady, stated once you leace the store we dont replace it. Now I have a receipt, she didnt care. Now, if this was Publix, no questions go it the case of water! Maybe I would have had to show my receipt, but other than that I would have gotten my water! I have to find better service here in Memphis. So far terrible!
I have been using Pharmacy for years, lately they are always out of stock on my medicine.They say it will be in Monday, then, they say Wednesday, then they say Friday, have had togo to different locations to get my medicine. If Kroger Summer can get stock, why can't Plaza? , very unhappy with the rudeness of pharmacy employees about this. Shopping half of invetory is generic, somethings I prefer namebrands, many shelfs completely empty, very unsatisfied with this location ge
I went to the little clinic for tonsillitis and back pain. First of all the receptionist was warm and sweet and made me feel relaxed. The nurse practitioner listened to me. It was the first time I’ve ever been listened to by someone diagnosing me. She wrote me my prescriptions and I encountered the sweetest pharmacy technician. I’m so thankful for the helpfulness and patience I received in their care! 2000/10
