Not even open. Hours on the door for Sunday day 6am-10pm and it was 9:30am when I went by. All doors locked,Nobody would come to the door even though there was workers in there. Nobody would answer drive thru. Great way to run a business.
This is what I got delivered to me today! I’ve ordered this like 5 times an this is not it! Why would you send this to anyone an when I went up there they had an attitude with me like I made them…. Never again this location is terrible!!!
If I could give it a zero I would. Did a on line order January 1st 2022. My order was canceled. It's February I still have not received my refund. Called over and over they keep saying the same thing over and over its a problem with the refund. It's not much but it's mines. I just my money
Much better service than last time I was here. Place was nice and clean and there were plenty of fresh donut options. Had to come grab some of the Thanksgiving releases, Top priority being the Orange Cranberry. They are fantastic! Coffee tasted a little burnt, but the bitterness actually complimented the sweetness of the donuts.
I had high hopes for this place, the donuts were perfect, the coffee was ok, but the bathroom was what made me not want to go back based on the toilet seat looking like a yellow sprinkled donut, there was no toilet paper or paper towels which leaves me wondering if anyone there actually does wash their hands.I can't trust any place with a dirty bathroom.
Ordered online day before for 7 am pickup because I was on a tight morning deadline. Directions for picking up were ambiguous. Had to wait in line in the drive thru and got donuts at 7:20 putting me behind for the day. Should be an easier way for pickup when ordering online. Great doughnuts though and order was correct.
We ordered the Halloween doughnuts and were so impressed! They are so cute!
Horrible service. Walked in. No one at the counter for like 10 min.. there was someone working the drive thru who looked mad about it. We noticed the freezer they had about 10 beverages which included milk didn't seem to be working well and was filthy. Finally someone came out the back (said he saw us on the camera) only to tell us we probably wouldn't get serveced because there was only one employee working the drive thru and he wasn't going to help us because he was about to leave. We probably dodged a bullet of buying donuts that weren't fresh anyway.
I came to this one when I got off work. Had to be at 730ish am because the hot sign was on. I order A dozen glaze in the drive -Thu , come around n pay n got my box. I felt no heat coming off the box. Open the box and they ain’t even warm. They should turn that light off. Stop lying and turn the hot sign off! I’m canceling the app and won’t be coming back.
This is my 3rd time going to this place in they didn't have different flavors of donuts. Got to the one on Elvis Presley cause they always have donuts. The one on Hackcross is a joke. How your going to not have donuts and you sell donuts ? Don't mean no harm but they need to close that one down 4 good.
