They were so good, hot and fresh
They close so early! And never have doughnuts hot and ready! Speciality doughnuts are never in stock. But overall the employees are very nice though!
I enjoyed the donuts, they were tasty, I even enjoyed the entertaining fight they had inside. I was rooting for the girl with the purple hair but she was kinda get dragged by the blonde girl so I threw a straw at her while they were fighting, it was a great distraction because as she turned around to see who through the straw the purple socked her in the eye. 10/10 would come again
Well on the website it stated that the hot light would be on and it wasn't. However there was a Superbowl special and the cashier treated my family as if we were lying and made us show her the website that advertised the special. Then she was rude and we had to ask for our change. I contacted corporate and received a call back the next day. We really wasn't looking for free donuts but we wanted management to know about their staff. I've worked in fastfood and I have also worked in corporate as Customer Service Management. People come to give their hard earned money for a product at least you can do is humble yourself and be courteous. Chick-fil-A shouldn't be the only establishment that offers exceptional customer service, it should be the norm.
Donuts are delicious and the app is excellent. Download the app please and you won't regret it.
Good doughnuts, but the line is usually pretty long and the sign for fresh hot doughnuts is hardly ever on
The sign wasn't turned on, but they did not disappoint! The donuts were freshly baked and delicious! The Christmas decorated dozen was a huge hit with our kids. Hands down the freshest, best tasting donuts around. I wish they had a bakery in north Mississippi, but it is definitely worth the hour drive for a few dozen!
Great service, employees had a wonderful attitude, you don't see this often. Employees like these should be praised. Fast and efficient service.
Krisp Kreme employees are underpaid and overworked. Reasoning why they hate they job. If y’all actually try to talk to them and stop criticizing before knowing y’all will understand. This certain location was giving me bad business at first until something told me to ask one of the young ladies in the windows what’s going on. When I say my heart broke. Underpaid, overworked and more then highly left alone to work shifts by their self. Ask and not create your own perspective
The workers act as if they hate there job. These people need to realize that people are normally happy when going to KRISPY KREME DONUTS ,but the negative vibes they send off turns the whole experience into MISERY! Sad case at this Elvis Presley store in Memphis Tennessee for sure. P S. I'm not just saying this for a one time vist ,but 99 percent the time!
