The fish was not catfish,it was not seasoned to my taste and it was rubbery.
I got some buffalo fish there and it waa great and I liked the price. I saw rabbits in the fridge also. Never had rabbit but want to try it

Ensure that you are specific when you order catfish fillet. Ordered 3 catfish fillet meals and upon returning home I noticed that this was not CATFISH. I immediately called the store and she stated when ordering you have to be more specific about what kind of catfish you are ordering. These people gave me Swai!! How specific can you be? This wasn't advised when we ordered. You don't give me Sawi steaks when I order catfish steaks. The nerve of people. First and last time they will get over on me! I'll take a $40.00 loss from my three plates because these people won't be getting another dime of my money. NEVER AGAIN!! BEWARE!! They selling Sawi not expecting you to notice that's it's not Catfish! The nerve of people!!
Wasn't as tasty as my first time tasting only a couple of weeks ago but okay....
I bought over 200.00 of Buffalo fish from this market. The owner stepped into the back and came back up front and wrapped the fish up. It was already cut up. I paid for it. As soon as I got to my home I vacuum sealed the fish, 9 pieces to a bag. When I took one of the bags out. I let it thaw in the refrigerator. A day later I put the fish in the water. The fish had a smell to it. So I decided to take another one out. And it to was spoiled. I called the fish market up. And she said there was nothing she could do about. So if you go to this market ask to smell the fish before you pay for it.
Kimball is the best place to go for fresh fish. They have the best in Memphis.
